Nicolet and Reza were extremely helpful and really took the time to understand my mother’s needs. All my questions and concerns were addressed in a timely manner. I am so grateful for the help and support they provided, and we are very happy with her new home.

Everything was fantastic. Nicolete did all the work and I just got to decide what was best for my parents. She knows her stuff. She listened and is super responsive. I can’t imagine doing this without Nicolete. My parents both love her too.

Nicolette was great! She’s wonderful, friendly and found a good place for my dad close to my sister that was doable financially. Our original plan was two weeks at Colonial Gardens to give us time to find a place to move him into. Nicolette worked hard to save us money on the nursing home by helping to get my dad to Brookdale sooner than the two weeks. While she was looking out for us, we had been so stressed for so long we would have preferred a planned move in date with all the paperwork done before the two weeks was up and a Monday move in. It was hard to get all the paper work done and Nicolette greased the wheels to get it done. It was a challenge between the nursing home, doctors and Brookdale to get all the needed papers and signatures and corrected information. As it was it was barely done on time to get my dad moved late Friday, then Brookdale said info as missing to get some of the prescriptions filled over the weekend and some doses were missed. It was also challenging moving late in the day Friday as things like care plan weren’t done until Monday. Ultimately, everything is working well now, though taking the time to get the paperwork done, find furniture and move in a more relaxed manner would have been less stressful then wondering everyday if it was going to be move in day. We are very happy with where he is and greatly appreciate your help!

Nicolet went above and beyond to help my mom and I find the right living situation for my ailing father. She listened to our needs and concerns, and provided us with helpful insights and quality recommendations. The process would have been much more difficult without her help! She was thoughtful, knowledgable, compassionate, and caring. Thank you!!

Nicolet was an absolute God send and she went above and beyond to help my father and my family through a difficult situation. It’s really difficult navigating Senior care options and this made it a little less painful.

When it was time to move my aunt into an assistance living place, I had no idea how to go about it. I didn't know the process, what to look for, or how to organize the move,. If it wasn't for Nicolette with CarePatrol, this process would have been so much more difficult. She walked beside me giving guidance, calling people, helping me make decisions that without her experience and expertise I wouldn't have know what to do. Nicolet spent an enormous amount of time and effort to help a U.S. Army veteran with little money to find a home when the residential home he was living in was closing. She continued to help this man even when she was laid up with Covid and was quarantined. After she was able to find the home for the veteran she followed up on him by checking to be sure that the facility was a fit and he was happy at his new home.
