Tammy was great. She took the time to really delve into my parents interests and needs. I was presented with great options within our budget. Tammy attended tours with me and asked the questions I didn’t know to ask. She even helped me negotiate the price. I would never have found as perfect a place on my own. My parents are now moved in and very happy in their new place.

Alyssa was so kind, knowledgeable, and informative!! She understood our budget and worked hard to find something we were all comfortable with. She also was available to look at the different facilities at any time of the week and even on weekends. She is so sweet and understanding. She made this whole process less stressful!!❤️❤️

CarePatrol was an extremely helpful resource. Dana went out of her way to answer calls late into the night knowing that we were working under a very short window of time to get our family member placed . She asked questions and really listened to ensure the best placement, and was a pleasure to work with from start to finish.

Tammy responded to my contact request immediately and took the time to listen, ask specific questions, tailored to my mother-in-law‘s needs and was exceedingly available and helpful throughout the process. We were able to get my mother-in-law moved into an assisted living facility from South Alabama up to North Georgia in under two weeks thanks to all of Tammy’s efforts and communication! Would highly recommend Care Patrol to anyone looking for help with their senior loved one. Our family could not have done this without her and the resources that Care Patrol has. I would tell anyone to avoid the online, corporate companies that claimed to offer the service. Care Patrol’s services are backed with personal care and personal experience and you can’t beat that!

CarePatrol was such a blessing during a time of stress and confusion. It was our first time dealing with Senior / Assisted Living and the CarePatrol team walked step by step with us from start to finish. There was no pressure to choose a certain location. They truly were our advocate. I would recommend them to any friend or family member.

Alyssa was great to work with! She helped us solve every issue!! She communicated between Parkside and the Oaks for us when necessary and got us all on the together when necessary. She worked with everyone and saw that we got what we needed! And even helped when we only had a day and a half to set up a studio apartment she came and helped me and a friend unbox and take things out of packages put together a closet organizer, fill the refrigerator, and generally put things away. And they basically had me supervise since I had a broken tibia. There were times during the 8 days we had to move my relative without Alyssa I think I would have ran screaming! Thank you always!!!! Alyssa!!!!!

My introduction to care patrol was in trying to find a suitable physical therapy rehab hospital. During that discussion, I asked about their experience with post hospital hospitalization care situations. I know not enough about skilled nursing versus assisted-living versus anything else. It was through them that I learned about personal care homes. Ultimately, they assisted me with finding a lovely personal care home that fell within our budget. And I am deeply appreciative of their services and of Tammy.
