Tammy was fantastic to work with to find my father a place that could take care of him. He had special requirements and some places would not accept him. Tammy was able find us several options and we are extremely happy with the facility taking care of him. Highly recommend CarePatrol if you are looking for a place for a loved one.

We would like to thank Tammy for the outstanding service she provided to our family. When my father-in-law needed more care than we could give him we didn't know what to do. We weren't really familiar with all of the options and were trying to avoid skilled nursing. Tammy found the perfect solution for us (a PCH). We are very happy with the place Tammy found for my father-in-law and feel they will provide the care he needs. Highly recommend!

Tammy has been extremely helpful in this process that caught our family off guard. Not knowing where to begin to navigate through all the paperwork and processes, she has guided us from day one with legal help, nursing help, and all steps in between. She has made navigating through all this much simpler and I can't imagine doing it all without her help.

Everything! They were so helpful! They thought of things that we would have never thought of and they also handled every single detail of our exchange in the help they provided. Not only that, but they were so sincerely, compassionate and caring and you could tell it was genuinely from the heart! Tammy Brewer and Tammy McGowan I believe or two angels from heaven! Some of the best people I have ever met and I can say that they have become true friends!

Tammy was excellent and catered to our needs finding a place for our mom over the Labor Day weekend. We are so appreciative of her expertise and knowledge of the senior living communities in the area. She took time and listened to what we wanted for our mom. CarePatrol's work was fantastic. She had partners in Home Care, Independent, Assisted and Memory Care Communities. We needed immediate help and Tammy had options for us within hours. She set up meetings with the options we chose and meet us at the locations to make sure that all our concerns were addressed and questions answered. We could not have navigated this alone.

I was in a pretty uneasy situation with my mom who had recently fallen several times, breaking a couple bones, during her stay at an assisted living facility she resided. I felt like I was lost with options to make sure my mom was cared for the way she deserved. I reached out to Tammy @ CarePatrol and she immediately took action. She helped guide me in some tough decisions, made me feel at ease and connected me with the right people who could care for my mom. She worked tirelessly over the course of a couple weeks helping me when situations would arise. Even after she helped coordinate a new living situation for my mom, she reached out to me just to check in to see how I was doing. Her heart is a big as Texas. She's absolutely the best of the best.

Tammy always comes through for us as we care for our aging parents. Most recently, my 91 yo dad needed to transition to assisted living care. Tammy listened to our concerns and gave us great advice. She set up appointments for us to tour facilities that fit his needs and after only one day, Dad selected his new home. Without Tammy’s guidance, we would still be trying to find our way. Thank you, Tammy!

Tammy was great to work with in helping find assisted living placement with memory care for our dad. She keeps in open communication with us and listened to our list of needs and came up with a couple great facilities. She has great working relationships with the directors of the facilities which kept everything friendly and comfortable.
