Our CarePatrol rep was extremely knowledgeable about different facilities and our options. She was caring and dependable. She had the resources that indicate infractions. She knew the directors and how the facilities operate. The one thing I prefer is being able to ask the facility directors questions and have them answer me directly. I voiced that to our representative. She would followup as necessary and ask questions I may have overlooked. We could not have done this without the help of CarePatrol

Ms. Tammy was highly recommended by a friend who used Care Patrol to find placement for her mom. Having someone knowledgeable about the diverse types of facilities and services, and who understood our family's unique challenges, was a great relief. This experience was new for our family; however, Tammy guided us in asking the right questions. Toured with us to view homes. Care Patrol is an excellent service; Tammy helped us discuss care needs and contract details. We placed our family member into a facility we are extremely pleased with. Our loved one is comfortable, and the staff is wonderful. CarePatrol helped us make one of the most difficult and unexpected decisions in our family journey. Tammy Brewer was easy to talk to, prompt in responding to my questions and requests, always made herself available when I needed her assistance, and followed through. I appreciated how involved Tammy was in assisting me. She gained the knowledge she needed about my mom and her needs to guide me throughout the entire process. She didn't waste my time showing me places that wouldn't work for my mom. Her industry knowledge completely showed through. Tammy gave pertinent information about each facility; some that was shared by the facility and some additional information that was important in making an informed decision. I was referred to Tammy from a customer of mine, and I can see why. It was a great experience working with Tammy and I would recommend her to anyone wanting to find the right place for their loved one.

Tammy was great. She took the time to really delve into my parents interests and needs. I was presented with great options within our budget. Tammy attended tours with me and asked the questions I didn’t know to ask. She even helped me negotiate the price. I would never have found as perfect a place on my own. My parents are now moved in and very happy in their new place.

Dana went out of her way to answer calls late into the night knowing that we were working under a very short window of time to get our family member placed . Tammy responded to my contact request immediately and took the time to listen, ask specific questions, tailored to my mother-in-law‘s needs and was exceedingly available and helpful throughout the process. We were able to get my mother-in-law moved into an assisted living facility from South Alabama up to North Georgia in under two weeks thanks to all of Tammy’s efforts and communication! Would highly recommend Care Patrol to anyone looking for help with their senior loved one. Our family could not have done this without her and the resources that Care Patrol has. I would tell anyone to avoid the online, corporate companies that claimed to offer the service. Care Patrol’s services are backed with personal care and personal experience and you can’t beat that!

CarePatrol was such a blessing during a time of stress and confusion. It was our first time dealing with Senior / Assisted Living and the CarePatrol team walked step by step with us from start to finish. There was no pressure to choose a certain location.
