Alyssa was great to work with! She helped us solve every issue!! She communicated between Parkside and the Oaks for us when necessary and got us all on the together when necessary. She worked with everyone and saw that we got what we needed! And even helped when we only had a day and a half to set up a studio apartment she came and helped me and a friend unbox and take things out of packages put together a closet organizer, fill the refrigerator, and generally put things away. And they basically had me supervise since I had a broken tibia. There were times during the 8 days we had to move my relative without Alyssa I think I would have ran screaming! Thank you always!!!! Alyssa!!!!!

My introduction to care patrol was in trying to find a suitable physical therapy rehab hospital. During that discussion, I asked about their experience with post hospital hospitalization care situations. I know not enough about skilled nursing versus assisted-living versus anything else. It was through them that I learned about personal care homes. Ultimately, they assisted me with finding a lovely personal care home that fell within our budget. And I am deeply appreciative of their services and of Tammy.

Tammy Brewer went above and beyond trying to me find my father the best place possible. There was a lot of “hiccups” along the way and she was there every step of the way!!! She was honestly my saving grace while dealing with a horrible disease……dementia. I can’t say enough good things about her!!!

I don’t know what I would have done if Tammy had not helped me and my sons make decisions. She came to the house the same morning we called and took us to tour a facility. She checked into others and advised us about what they offered. She was always available to talk to us when we had questions.

Tammy was fantastic to work with to find my father a place that could take care of him. He had special requirements and some places would not accept him. We would like to thank Tammy for the outstanding service she provided to our family. When my father-in-law needed more care than we could give him we didn't know what to do. We weren't really familiar with all of the options and were trying to avoid skilled nursing. Tammy found the perfect solution for us (a PCH).
