We unexpectedly found out that we had a very short time to find an assisted living situatuion for my mom, who was expecting to return to her apartment. We were referred to Rami at CarePatrol and she was great. She quickly found and recommended three options for us, which we visited the next day. We decided on one and my mom moved in two days ago. Earlier this morning, my wife spoke with her on the phone and remarked to me how happy my mom said she was. Frankly, I was surprised to hear that. Thanks Rami of CarePatrol.

Rami is a friendly and knowledgeable staff member. She knows the local industry well. She is open-minded and very patient with clients. She took a lot off our place setting up tours, understanding our budget. She checked in regularly to see how things were going upon move-in. A great experience overall.

It was WONDERFUL.to have help selecting an assisted living center for my mom. I was overwhelmed and didn't have a clue how to start. Remi came to my mom's rehab center room and talked with my mom and me to get to know her and her needs. She selected 4 centers that she thought would be a good fit. She arranged tours at 3 of them. She answered lots of questions and really was a tremendous advocate for my mom.

I needed a memory care bed for my Dad right away. James was able to refer me to a senior living establishment that had availability. They even had an apartment for Mom in the same building. So glad I called Care Patrol!

Rami from CarePatrol was both very caring and efficient. In less than 24 hrs. she had located two potential places for my wife, who is in hospice, to stay. Her knowledge of the facilities available in Colorado Springs including costs was invaluable. We could never have done this alone.

Rami assisted with finding placement for my Mom after a fall resulting in broken bones. She offered several available facilities with pros and cons for each. The family asked for consideration of hospice care, travel distance, specific medical supervision, layout of facility/room, and staffing patterns. She researched and found answers. The family was very happy with the results and satisfied with the selection. Thanks Rami.

We had an exceptional experience with CarePatrol, particularly with James. When faced with the challenge of finding the right assisted living facility for our mom, we were initially overwhelmed. My mother transferred from Penrose to a skilled nursing facility. Trying to navigate the unknown with limited knowledge is very challenging. Rami, was able to guide as well as provide comfort though a very challenging process.
