Ramie was phenomenal. There have been a lot of challenges with getting my father from Canada back to US after breaking his hip and choosing and assisted living facility was the easiest part of our challenging journey. Ramie provided multiple options and came with me for tours. She was so helpful and informative. 20 out of 10!

CARE patrol came through with flying colors!!! I got the referral from a referral and I'm glad I did. I was at my wits end and pressured by a deadline that could leave my sibling out living on the street. They listened to understand, knew "the ropes/the system" through experience, and stayed in touch with advice as a solution was found that resulted in placement of my sibling in an assisted living residence. The case was complicated by legal issues and substantial financial limitation but the solutions were found and relocation of my sibling effected. I have dealt with these types of situations before but never felt I couldn't call and just talk and be heard. I worked variously with Leslie and Laura and they were always ready to problem solve. Thank you so very much for what you bring to the table, the experience, the wisdom, and the caring. I would recommend you to any one who was in need of your services.

They are very knowledgeable, kind and caring Without Care Patrol we wouldn’t have been able to navigate the process of getting assisted living for our Dad. They even continued to follow up after we found the facility. I highly recommend them. Kristen Middleton in particular was the absolute best!

Laura was wonderful to work with. We depended upon her expertise to recommend possible sites for us to look at as possible solutions for our mother. We settled on one location and are moving her in over this holiday weekend and we’re quite hopeful that she will be comfortable there and that she will respond well to the care they provide.

Looking for assisted living for my aunt was overwhelming.
