We were introduced to Rami by another family who used her to help them.. Rami was so knowledgeable and helpful and really took a lot of stress off of us. We really don't know how we would have found a place without her.

Rami was very understanding, kind and helpful from the beginning of the process to the end. She has a vast knowledge of the industry and the facilities we toured. She often had more information to share then the agent at the facility. Rami made the process as smooth as possible. Whenever a "crisis" arose, she quickly found a solution.
