Looking for assisted living for my aunt was overwhelming. From the first conversation with CarePatrol we felt relief and knew we were in knowledgeable, experienced, understanding and trustworthy hands. Rami made relevant recommendations, scheduled and accompanied us on the tours, and, most importantly, gave honest and transparent insight into each community. Last fall, my sister and I contacted Care Patrol in Colorado Springs. We were contacted by a member of your company, Rami Stoner. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Rami and what a blessing she has been and continues to be for my sister and I. We told her of our immediate needs to secure my sister an Assisted Living community as soon as possible. My sister had been diagnosed with a bad cancer and told by her doctor she could no longer live alone. At our request, Rami immediately lined up five Assisted Living communities for us to visit. Based on Rami's recommendations for the best type of community for my sister's needs, it was easy to make a selection. Rami went above and beyond our expectations and seriously helped to physically get my sister moved within 48 hours of the decision to move. ( I am my sister's only relative and I live 700 miles from Colorado Springs). Even after the move, Rami visited my sister in the community and helped to get all of her questions and concerns answered, including some vital medical decisions. I recommend Care Patrol in Colorado or anywhere else they are located based on the professional and caring treatment by one of their employees. Rami was and remains our HERO and BLESSING!!!! Many thanks to your company!!!

Rami is my lifesaver! I live out of state and had absolutely no idea where to begin with my dad after he had a stroke and needed full time assistance. Rami took my dad's needs and preferences into consideration and then set up a few tours of where she thought would be the best fit. She attended the tours to make sure I asked the right questions. Then stayed in communication with me and our preferred facility until dad was all moved in. She also responded to numerous emails I sent about insurance, equipment, therapy, etc. I don't know what I would have done without her. She made an extremely daunting task doable! Rami is an angel.

Rami was awesome and allowed us to make the best choice for our father. She was knowledgeable not only about the facilities she showed us, but about the system in general. She listened to what are needs were from a health care perspective as well as a financial perspective. There is no way we could have done this without Rami and Care Patrol.

I cannot say enough great things about Care Patrol and specifically Rami! I was referred to Care Patrol while my mother was recovering at a rehab facility after a fall. We knew it was not going to be safe for her to return home. Rami met with the family and determined her needs and presented us with several referrals. Her insight and knowledge was incredibly helpful in making a decision for an assisted living facility. She continued to check in with me while waiting for her discharge from rehab. Having such an advocate during a stressful time was definitely a great benefit. I would definitely recommend the services of Care Patrol.

We worked with James to find an assisted living for my father-in-law. James was responsive, kind caring and so helpful. James found a great assisted-living for my father-in-law who moved in yesterday and says everything is wonderful. I would definitely use James and Care Patrol again in the future!

We were introduced to Rami by another family who used her to help them.. Rami was so knowledgeable and helpful and really took a lot of stress off of us. We really don't know how we would have found a place without her.
