Rami and the Care Patrol team have a wealth of resources and expertise that they truly do serve families and individuals facing the transition to senior care.
I would highly recommend that anybody in their older years, or the children of parents and their older years connect with them and learn and explore options together.
Their expertise and help has put my mother to transition to the best place for her needs in this season. We couldn’t imagine having done it alone.

They set everything up we met Courtney with Care Patrol with the administrators of Brookdale and Centennial. She's been in a business and used to work and assisted living herself and was very knowledgeable about the whole process. Hospice everything very cool company to work with nothing out of your pocket, they get paid by the communities. I couldn't recommend them enough. They were awesome.

Everyone was extremely professional, considerate, compassionate, and responsive. CarePatrol worked with a very tight timeline and followed up every step of the way. I would have been lost without them and my elderly mother's hospital/skilled nursing/assisted living/Hospice transitions would have been exceedingly stressful. Highly recommend this team to anyone going through eldercare issues.

Kristen was very helpful. She was patient in visiting with us & listening to us. She came up with 3 very good options for us. She was patient as we took our time at each option. We did end up choosing one of the options and feel like it was the right one for my mom. Kristin is very professional & we are very appreciative of her service. We would not have known where to start.

Ramie was phenomenal. There have been a lot of challenges with getting my father from Canada back to US after breaking his hip and choosing and assisted living facility was the easiest part of our challenging journey. Ramie provided multiple options and came with me for tours. She was so helpful and informative. 20 out of 10!

CARE patrol came through with flying colors!!! I got the referral from a referral and I'm glad I did. I was at my wits end and pressured by a deadline that could leave my sibling out living on the street.
They listened to understand, knew "the ropes/the system" through experience, and stayed in touch with advice as a solution was found that resulted in placement of my sibling in an assisted living residence.
The case was complicated by legal issues and substantial financial limitation but the solutions were found and relocation of my sibling effected.
I have dealt with these types of situations before but never felt I couldn't call and just talk and be heard. I worked variously with Leslie and Laura and they were always ready to problem solve.
Thank you so very much for what you bring to the table, the experience, the wisdom, and the caring.
I would recommend you to any one who was in need of your services.

Laura was wonderful to work with. We depended upon her expertise to recommend possible sites for us to look at as possible solutions for our mother. We settled on one location and are moving her in over this holiday weekend and we’re quite hopeful that she will be comfortable there and that she will respond well to the care they provide.
