Chris was very helpful. Within a day of contacting him he scheduled three appointments for me. He asked questions at the tour so I had complete information. He also gave me his candid opinion when I asked for it, which helped me decide the right facility for my father. He also followed up after the tours. In navigating a difficult time it was really wonderful to work with Chris.

My entire experience was with one individual, Diane Trunecek, a Senior Care Consultant in your Manhattan office.
I became aware if your service thanks to my tuning into a Zoom presentation given by Diane many months ago, sponsored by my doctor. I remembered it some time later when I was just beginning to consider a future move to a Continuing Care community.
I may have the honor of winning the title as your longest lasting client. It took me nearly a year to choose and make a commitment and throughout that time, Diane remained patient and always knowledgeable — she’d been in the field long enough to know many of the “players.”
I’m happy to say that, thanks to Diane Trunecek’s experience and good counsel, you are free of me at last. I’m spending my day packing, as the lease is signed and I’m about to make the move at last.
If the rest of your staff is HALF as helpful as she, then your agency has my whole hearted recommendation.

I contacted CarePatrol when I was in an emergency situation with my elderly sister, who was sent to the ER, and was then notified that she could not return to her facility (of two years) because it could no longer meet her medical needs.
I live 220 miles away, and am unfamiliar with the Westchester County NY Memory Care facilities and was in a true panic. Care Patrol was recommended to me by the ElderCare Attorney I work with. Jordan Frey, the President of the company responded to me immediately, and we met by phone the following day; he ended the call by saying “I’m working on it". In two days, CarePatrol secured a lovely, safe, reputable placement for my sister and her husband.
I can’t thank Jordan Frey / CarePatrol enough for all you did on my family’s behalf. I will always be grateful for your efforts, knowledge and for navigating me through the complicated maze of healthcare, hospitals, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation centers etc.

Chris Curran was a wonderful person to work with. Placing a loved one in assisted living is a difficult decision. He was compassionate and comforting throughout the entire process. I have been in touch with Care Patrol for a few years concerning my father's condition. They provided some great guidance early on and kept in touch over time to check in on the situation. Jordan picked up right where Richard left off as he retired. When the time came to move ahead, they were right in front with a solution and worked with my family to see the facility and to assist us in coordinating intake once we were able to make the decision to enter memory care. I highly recommend working with Care Patrol to understand the options and decisions that you will need to make and then to help you to find the right facility for your family's needs.

Having the help of Chris from CarePatrol was nothing short of a blessing. Chris’s guidance of helping us find the proper community for mom was unexpected , he had the understanding of what was needed and the emotional support during the process. Jordan Frey of Care Patrol listens to your needs and finds the perfect place for your loved one. Finding the right placement for your elderly parent is a daunting task requiring scheduling appointments, visits, financial considerations, negotiations, etc. Care Patrol takes care of this for you which is a huge help.
