I had an urgent need for a new placement for my mother and CarePatrol responded quickly and communicated frequently regarding progress. My mother has extra ordinary needs and CarePatrol went the extra mile to see that she would not just find a place but to find a good place for her. They were always available for questions. Their understanding, expertise, and contacts were of immeasurable value.

Tracy was essential in the process of finding placement for my dad. I couldn’t have navigated the process without her. She managed setting up tours and discussed reviews and pricing with me, so I knew what to expect, but didn’t have to do the planning.
