I had five days to find my father an assisted living facility in the area. I was provided with a business card for Pinkle who I contacted immediately for assistance. She answered her phone right away and then began doing ALL the research for me. Within one day she provided me with four options and she then made appointments to tour two of them. She attended both with me and acted as my advocate. We decided on one and then she communicated with the facility to move forward. Unfortunately, that that one fell through due to their astronomical pricing which Pinkle tried to negotiate on my behalf unsuccessfully. I now had a day and a half to find another place. She set up another tour with me and fortunately this place was perfect for my father, and thanks again to Pinkle's negotiation skills, the right price. My father has now been in his new home for almost two weeks and Pinkle continues to monitor his care and well-being in person. She has gone above and beyond helping me during this stressful period. I seriously could not have done it without her. She is worth her weight in gold!! She is fantastic!!

I was very impressed by the quick response of the agent, Pinkle, and how she arranged tours for 3 different homes in my area and toured the places with me. And she continued to reach out to me after our decision was made as follow up on how the move of our family member was completed. She remains available as an advocate if there are any problems or concerns.

CarePatrol was a lifesaver! I urgently needed help finding a memory care facility for my mother so that she could be discharged from a hospital stay. CarePatrol was recommended to me and was extremely responsive and efficient.
I appreciated how quickly the tours and information were arranged. I also felt cared for in that even though it was an urgent situation, I was given space to think about my decisions and did not feel pressured.
In addition, I reached out with questions having to do with pets and movers and again, the assistance was on-point and actionable.
Lastly, I was impressed by the follow-up and personal care she took to make sure that the placement was working out for my mother.
If I need to make a change or help a friend, I would go to CarePatrol in a heartbeat.

The professional assistance and personal attention that we received was fantastic. The prompt service and helpful information was invaluable throughout this challenging process. How to select facilities, compare and contrast the different services offered by each facility in comparison to the prices charged was important for us to understand. Pinkle from CarePatrol took time to explain options, toured facilities with us, answered questions, communicated with facility representatives, and helped us to make an informed decision. She made this a much more manageable process and helped us through a very trying time. I would highly recommend CarePatrol of Dublin & Pleasanton.
