I was very pleased with my experience. The first time I connected with Amy she spent about 40 minutes with me on the phone educating me. She gave me some recommendations and then met me at a facility for a tour which led to me making a decision for my husband. She communicated frequently and made me feel comfortable making a very difficult decision. Thank you Amy!

Ms Amy of Care Patrol of Delaware Maryland Eastern Shore was a complete Godsend to me and my family during a very unfortunate and unexpected time. I don’t know where we would be without her guidance, patience, diligence and care for her work. Thanks to her, we were able to get my family member placed in a wonderful facility in a timely manner. Without her help, we would still be lost trying to find options for their long term care.

Highly recommended! We tried to find long term care options alone and found the whole process complex and overwhelming. Amy from Care Patrol was a godsend. She asked the right questions to assess the level of care needed, identified the available facilities, and toured the facilities with us. We found what we believe to be the ideal solution for my Dad’s situation This could not have been done without Amy and Care Patrol.

Working with Amy Feger at Care Patrol was truly a fantastic experience. She was kind and compassionate, and this lady has some serious patience! This service made my client's (and friend's) decision and transition to Assisted Living easy and seamless. She scheduled the visits and went with us to tour each one. I LOVED that she listened, respected and spoke directly to my client and not to those who were there to hear the options (including me). I would 100% recommend using Care Patrol.

Amy and Karen were so kind and helpful with my sister. They made her feel like a friend rather than a customer or an incompetent. Amy at CarePatrol worked with me tirelessly to get my mom and dad in to assisted living. She researched the facilities that were available in my parents' price range and scheduled a tour of the one we felt would be best suited for them. Amy was with me through every step of the process. She went above and beyond what I could have ever expected. She followed up with me after my parents arrived at their new home to see how they were getting settled in. I would not hesitate to recommend CarePatrol to anyone that is looking for a place for their family.
