Keith has been incredible. Keith spent several hours with us on conference calls and touring facilities on short notice. He is knowledgeable, caring, and was able to get medical information the prior facility failed to provide. Ultimately, Keith was successful in helping us find the best care home for our loved one.

A dear friend of mine was in a very challenging situation with trying to find a care option that would fit her needs and budget. Keith at CarePatrol was a God-send in providing the perfect solution. He made sure every detail was covered and went above and beyond to ensure that she had the right level of care at a reasonable rate and he did it all very quickly. What a relief it was to find him! I really don't know what she would have done without his help and I can't say enough good about him and the services he provides. Highly, highly recommend!

Keith is amazing! Our family was enduring a very stressful period, finding a care home is not the easiest thing to do. For me, they were not pushy in any way. Very patient when asked same question or similar over and over. Understood the physical, mental and emotional issues involved. Never any pressure to do something. Went out of their way to help resolve issues and to even help in areas not always in their purview. Keith was exceptional in helping both of us find a solution that fit both our needs under very difficult circumstances. I would highly recommend Keith with Care Patrol of Denton. A very positive, hands on approach before and after. A lot of integrity and genuinely cares for the people he is representing. Willing to help seniors and veterans to know who to go to. Who to talk with or help you himself directly. If doesn't know the answer will find out or lead you in the right direction. We could not have done this without the care.
