My experience with CarePatrol of Denton was absolutely wonderful. I needed to move my mom from the facility she was and was given 30 days. I called CarePatrol. The person they assigned to me was Dianne. She was an answer to prayers. She escorted me around town looking at residential homes. She went with me inside and smooth the way with talking to people. She gave me pointers on each home. After my family came to town, she took us once again to look at the homes. She was patient, kind and understanding. She checked on me several times asking how I was and if she could do anything. I would highly recommend CarePatrol and especially Dianne. I know who I'm calling when I need to find something for myself. That would be Dianne.

I met Dianne on accident at a residential care home I was touring. The caregiver was busy with another person touring, so Dianne took me around and gave me her card. We were getting pretty desperate to find a place for my Mom and thought we'd seen all the options. I reached out to Dianne and she sent us 4 places, then even toured them with us. My mom is a tough one to place because she is very disabled, but is sharp as a tack. Anyway, Dianne weeded out the ones that weren't appropriate for Mom so we were able to find a spot in one afternoon. Hopefully, we won't need her again, but will definitely recommend to others.

Every team member that I talked to was very kind and helpful. I did not have a clue where to begin a search for care for my husband with advanced Alzheimer's. A team member arranged for us to tour 3 different options for care; taking into consideration location, budget, level of care available. She accompanied us to each location and discussed pros and cons for our particular situation. We were able to secure a place for my husband at a facility that was close by and had someone on sight 24/7. They also put us in contact with hospice, which took care of medications and any furniture or equipment needed. Their help making these arrangements for my husband's care really helped lift a heavy burden from my shoulders and made this very painful and difficult journey more bearable.

Keith at CarePatrol treated us like family. Case Management at the hospitals and facilities were effective at guiding me through my mom's stroke recovery journey the first 3 months of in-patient. When I finally lost my reoccurring appeals with Medicare, I had very little time to plan what's next for my mom. You just don't know how this works until you have to work it!!! Keith Huegel is an angel on a Heavenly crusade. With less than 24 hours notice, he set me up to visit 3 local care homes. Keith explained to me why he chose those possible homes for my mom's care needs. After seeing the homes that day, I made my choice and my mom moved in the next day! Keith asked me the right questions and helped me answer them... that's a big deal!! What supplies will your mom need in this new home? How will she be issued a wheelchair and medical bed? How will her medications transfer over? How will you continue her outpatient rehab services? How will you communicate with the home caregivers? As many stars are in the sky, that's how many thanks that I owe CarePatrol of Denton.
