Eileen, our CarePatrol coordinator, was wonderful to work with in finding the right place for our Mom. I would highly recommend her serviices. The qualities she brought, knowldge, compassion, promptness, and advocacy, were exaclty right for us in helping to make the best decision possible for our Mom.

Not only is CarePatrol excellent at placements, but they advocate for the residents (and their families) after placement. They don't cut ties after placement - they advocate for, and check in with, the families. Ericha has been awesome!

I felt like Erica was very invested in our experience and needs and was an advocate for us and our Dad. We greatly valued her experience and knowledge in navigating both the healthcare system and the facilities in the area. She was kind and personable and very responsive. We felt like it was a very worthwhile experience at a difficult time.

Beth Miller was the best! She was extremely responsive and found answers for us as needed. We have been through this process once without someone like Beth or Care Patrol, but this time it was so much smoother with her help. It was nice to have someone in our court to ask what we and/or my Grandma really wanted, then help us find and secure it.

The ease in getting referrals. The way Ms. Torres came with us to Montage, explaining what was expected of us. Going on the tour. Most important was her support during thus time.

We really appreciated Connie’s knowledge of communities. She helped us to ask the questions we needed to ask and narrow down from a field of 4 choices. When it came to giving feedback to the communities, Connie handled that as well freeing us up to focus on Mom and her move.
