Makayla was great!. She helped me navigate Assisted Living options in Denver. She also gave me resources for moving my mom - companies that pack, move & unpack. And most importantly she was a great listener. I certainly vented to her about my siblings and different options for my mom.

The amount of dedication by the agent to ensure that all possibilities were explored was phenomenal. It's like we didn't have to do a thing, this person found out what we needed, and it was done. No sweat! It was so wonderful to have this support to take the load off of you, while you are dealing with a stressful, health situation They did all the work while we attended to other urgent matters. When I started the process to find my loved one an Assisted Living Facility it was overwhelming. I was referred to CarePatrol and the day I made the phone call things changed. From our first conversation I knew I had made the right decision. I told them what I was looking for, they set up a few tours for me right away. I found the right place within a few days. The staff at Care Patrol listened to me, they were all very kind and compassionate and allowed me the time to make decisions. I have used them twice and will use them again if needed. I can't recommend Laura Moreno from Care Patrol enough!! She made the daunting task of finding a higher level of care for my mom a breeze. Laura found my mom the perfect community full of lively, spirited, and friendly neighbors where she quickly took to this new way of living with ease. It was so incredibly helpful to have Laura and all her contacts for legal issues, moving companies, and Medicaid qualification questions, as well. I can tell she really cares about her clients and that people find the right fit for the next stage in their life.

Makayla was very helpful in guiding us through the process of navigating out of home providers for my Dad. She scheduled visits and was present for the tours we took of several facilities. When it came to make a decision, Makayla was responsive and provided the information we we could make an informed decision.

Compassion, guidance and total focus on finding the best fit for a memory care home for my mom who is challenging to place. Laura was all in from the get go, communicative and gave me rock solid support. Laura found a place for my mom where staff are holistically invested in my mom and other residents. I really didn't know this level of care, teamwork existed in caring for memory care residents.
