The intake person contacted ne in less than ten minutes of my request for information. She was kind and professional, she listened and acknowledged my concerns. Makayla was our guide through the whole process. She explained our options of senior care in the area we wanted to be in. Set up tours to see the different options to meet our needs, family and resident to be. She was so patient with all my questions and concerns. She met us at each facility to introduce us to the staff, facilitating communication between us and continuing to support both of us in this difficult decision. Makayla gave us her direct phone contact information and e-mail, so when reaching out I was able to reach her and continue the process and not have to explain the situation again. Even with this decision being g very difficult for all, she was a calm and gentle course through the whole process and doing follow up checks after my husband moved into his assisted living home. Thank you Makayla.

You made the process of finding care for my mom much less stressful. Your knowledge of different communities and what they offered was most helpful when it came to making a decision. I also appreciated that using your services stopped the endless phones from communities we inquired at. And the follow-up after getting mom settled was amazing.

Quick, easy evaluation and tours of several memory care facilities near home. No wasted visits because only those with available rooms were offered. Great support for the emotional stress involved in making the decision to place a loved one in a facility where better care will be provided. I'm grad I didn't try to do it on my own without their help.

My mother's condition had declined very rapidly and we were in need of immediate assistance in finding her an assisted living facility and navigating the Medicaid process. Laura was a wonderful asset. She was very knowledgeable and understanding of our situation, and was able to help us find a safe and secure home for my mom. So grateful for Laura and CarePatrol!

Laura was GREAT!!! Getting facilities lines up to check out. I felt Laura was really their for me and if I missed any questions, she was their to follow up on. She called me a couple of days later to check up on me. Very personable, caring and great manner of speaking. I liked her alot.

We are so pleased with the services CarePatrol provided for us in finding our friend a safe and liveable community for the rest of his life. Makayla Dubiel has been so helpful to us for over a year. Our friend has needed to move for a long time and has had a difficult time making the decision to move. Makayla has been so supportive and patient with our friend and us.
Our friend is a difficult person to work with and she has been so patient and understanding of how he felt about moving to an Assisted Living community. He has had some serious injuries over the past year and has finally agreed to consider moving. Makayla found us a perfect place for him that we never would have found on our own.
It is such a relief to have our friend in a safe and active community in a lovely building. We are so grateful to have been able to work with Makayla and to know that our friend will be taken care of and will find a wonderful place to call home. CarePatrol has wonderful staff members who will help you find the perfect residence for your family member or friends.
