OH MY GOD.!!!! Miss. Makayla Dubiel is an absoultly Amazing, professional, caring, sympathetic and understanding professional of the highest caliber. Every time I had a question, concern, or idea about any of a million questions she responded in a timely manor. With info and background information.
In being 8 hours away, and an only child Miss. Makayla was on point and was very informative. She made myself and my wife's questions and concerns a understandable and top priority in our eyes. Knowing she was not only working on our concerns , she was working with others doing the same thing.
Her knowledge preparedness and attention to detail with our concerns we had were always above our expectations Her knowledge of the situation well exceeded what we thought we knew. The world needs more Makayla's in it.

Moving a parent out of their longtime home and into a care facility is an incredibly emotional process. Amy and CarePatrol where absolutely wonderful to work with and alleviated so much of the stress and strain. Amy researched all the potential communities that were a fit for my father and provided information and tours of all facilities. She was very respectful of our time and made all the tours incredibly convenient and pleasant. My dad is now in a better place, is happier, healthier and looks better than he has in many years. Thank you so much for being by our side throughout this process, Amy, couldn't imagine having done it without you!

Laura was very helpful and compassionate in recommending a facility to care for my terminally ill wife. I can't think of a better transition for her into nursing care along with some assisted living protocols. I highly recommend this service to anyone looking to place a loved one in this type of care.

Connie was especially wonderful to work with. I felt very comfortable with her and relied on her experience and input. She is a great listener and was amazing at follow up. We were also under urgent circumstances so she was quick in replying and made herself available even when I came to late hours. She kindly worked with my schedule. am very happy with the referrals and we found a great place for dad to come home to after he was discharged from the hospital.
All said, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend CarePatrol and Connie's services if you are in need of assisted living or memory care for a loved one.

Ericha Loosbrock is absolutely fantastic!!! She is extremely professional and dedicated to her clients. She understands the system well and is a tireless advocate for her clients. She is extremely responsive to questions. Without her assistance, my mom and our family would have been helpless in trying to navigate the system. I highly recommend her and CarePatrol to everyone!!!
