I loved Beth and the way she helped navigate us through the whole process with such concern for my parents. No question was stupid, she was understanding of what we were going through. She knew what we were looking for and what we were up against with our long term care policy. After countless hours on the phone and visiting a few communities, we found the perfect place for my parents. It was a great experience and I would recommend Beth and CarePatrol to any of my friends and family. I could not have succeeded without Beth Miller.

Laura Moreno of Care Patrol provided amazing and timely help in a moment of crisis. Our family had to make an impactful decision on a short deadline and did not know where to start. I used a national referral services 3 years ago and I did not have a good experience. When my dad finally moved to CO this year I was afraid to use a referral service and attempted to make the search for a facility that fits my dad's needs myself. He ended up in a facility that could not meet his needs. CarePatrol provided the personal experience every family needs. Connie attended the needs assessments at my dad's rehab so she knew exactly what care was recommended. CarePatrol sent me high quality facility choices for my dad. They made all of the appointments and attended all of the tours. My dad had many medical issues that delayed his placement but CarePatrol stayed by my side through the entire process and helped up place my dad in a quality environment where he can thrive. I am so grateful I found CarePatrol!

It was nice to have a liaison and efficient. The only thing I was disappointed that I did not see a couple properties I wanted due to a cancellation to take care of another client needing attention. I understood and we were pretty flexible. I have told about Care Patrol. Laura was nice to work with and I appreciated the information of properties ahead.
