Krystal was very responsive! Easy to contact and delightful to talk with. She answered all my questions thoroughly and in a timely manner. I live out of state so she also arranged meetings with administrators/owners of each of the facilities we were considering. Very much appreciated that as it let me find out more without needing to fly across the country to see each venue. Thank you Krystal and CarePatrol.

I liked the knowledge and the care that Danielle took with my family. She made sure to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand. She was really understanding and patient and was with me every step of the way. This was a hard decision and even though I changed my mind a couple of times, Danielle was always just a phone call away. I also liked how she met me at the places and toured them with me. I feel less stressed and more free than I have in a couple of years. I don’t know what I would have done without Care Patrol.

They made it easier to find care. Choices were limited though, partially due to locations and distance from us. Don't know that closer choices exist.
