She worked with her team in neighboring areas, patiently answered questions, was nonjudgemental and kind, and helped us keep momentum while not making us feel rushed. The Care Patrol was very helpful in clarifying what is generally meant by "memory care" and the intricacies of medicaid, and in finding various options for our older loved one who has dementia. It turns out that we chose a facilitiy discovered by Jonathon where she can stay when she goes on Medicaid. Thank you so much!!
