They reached out to me without me having to call them. I was in a panic about what was going to happen with my father n they just helped me thru the process. They booked tours for me n my family. Went to the tours with us and introduced us to the caregivers. They followed up on my father’s well being several times after we picked a facility. I greatly appreciated their help and guidance thru this hard time. They were awesome!

I am so grateful for the support from Amy Smith in helping me find resources for my parents. She’s helped us connect with home health aides, respite care, skilled nursing placements and now, assisted living facilities. She checks in regularly to make sure things are going well. I really don’t know what I’d do without her assistance.

My experience with Care Patrol of East Ohio was phenomenal!! They were recommended from the rehab facility where my mom was, post hospital visit. I was put in touch with Marge Sullivan at Care Patrol East Ohio. She was constantly in touch with me through phone calls or emails. She was very kind, caring and compassionate. She set up the tours with the assisted living facilities for myself and my sister and emailed me the information on each one. Then she would meet us there. When we had settled on one and signed all the papers only to learn short time later my mom was not accepted, My heart sank. I called Marge and she went back on the search. Within one week, she had located a couple more to check out. One of them she had picked, was a perfect fit for my mother. There is no way I could have navigated into this field with out her tremendous help, knowledge and expertise. She was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend her!! My mom has been settled in for the past four weeks now and is thriving in this assisted living facility she helped find for us. She has made so many new friends. Thank you for helping make this an easy transition for us Marge and Care Patrol of East Ohio!!
