Madison Hayes did a great job explaining all of my options and made the whole process of getting my mom moved into an assisted living facility less stressful. I was feeling overwhelmed with managing the care needs of my mom along with her hospital and rehab stays. Madison eased my mind and the process was seamless.

CarePatrol is a fantastic company to work with. From the first time they reached out they were extremely helpful from setting up appointments with assisted living facilities to meeting us in person at each and every one. During our visits the listened and asked questions I never thought of. This is a trying time for families and everyone that I came in contact with happily answered my many questions. They are truly there to make the decision and transition easy.

Mike Link was amazing!!!!!! He is very knowledgeable and compassionate. I was so clueless, but he guided me and did ALL the work because I had never done this before. He's very easy to talk and I have only known him for a short time, but I feel like he's family. We were able to find the perfect home for my mom and she's very happy!!! He was with me every step of the way and I could not thank him enough. You can tell that he loves his job. Thank you Mike! Love you!!!

Julia was so helpful finding rehab facilities that were on my Mom's insurance and in a completely different area from where my mom lives, it was close to me which was so convenient for me. She also walked me through the understanding of assisted living facilities, and what spend down means prior to Medicaid. She put me at ease by making a very stressful situation more tolerable. This is a great resource for Individuals and families that are not educated in elder care.
