Amazing!! Used CarePatrol in FL with great results, so obviously turned to them again when we needed the service in Knoxville. Patrick and Beth were amazing and so helpful!! Found my FIL the perfect place quickly!!

Patrick and Beth Bowen of CarePatrol were great to work with in finding my dad a place to live in assisted living. Patrick was professional, and courteous in showing us places for my father to move into. This is the second time we have used CarePatrol, once with my mother in Stuart, FL and now with Patrick and Beth in eastern TN. Both times they were the best to work with and gave us options and places that fit our criteria. I will recommend to my friends to use CarePatrol and Patrick & Beth Bowen for Eastern TN.

We found out about CarePatrol many months ago and they came to talk with us about how they could help us find an assisted living/memory care facility. They went over everything about CarePatrol and how they could help, left brochures and gave us time to think about it. We made the decision not to make the move at that time, but they were always accessible for any questions we had. Recently, we called them back to help us find a memory care facility, and once again they answered all our questions, met us at the facilities they recommended, and within a week we made our decision. They helped us choose a place that fit our needs. Not only is it a blessing to have Patrick and Beth help you for no cost, they truly care about you, your family, and finding the best fit for your situation. They are an amazing team, with a lot of knowledge who can save you time, worries and anxiety during this difficult decision you have to make. Don't go about the search blindly when they can take some stress off of you and recommend the best place for your loved ones! Patrick was extremely helpful with everything and was very patient and kind. We never felt pressure to make a decision or to hurry in any aspect. In our case, the transition to Assisted living was a pretty quick one, and nothing really prepares you for everything you need to know in order to navigate the process. Finding the best situation for our parents was the top priority, but we barely had an idea how to start. A friend told us about Care Patrol after a rough experience with another business. Best advice we could have received. Patrick was incredibly helpful. He gave us lots of options of facilities to look through, and even helped set up tours with the ones we selected. He was never pushy, but very willing to join us on tours and help ask questions we didn't know to ask. It was also clear that he had good working relationships with all the facilities we toured. I would highly recommend CarePatrol to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation to ours.
