Loved working with Patrick!!! He helped us out both in getting my Father-in-Law into assisted living quickly last February, and then again when we suddenly were informed he needed memory care. Patrick listens to what we are looking for, understands the financial situation, and location, and helps us find the best matches to review, and then make a decision. He was there every step of the way.

They were and are very caring about their clients. They are diligent to help find the appropriate placements and make arrangements for visits to check out facilities. I have called many times and they are prompt to call back and listen to my concerns.

Very knowledgeable of local long term care providers. Personally arranges and participates in tours of facilities. We had a short time frame to find a facility and CarePatrol was instrumental in reviewing options, making a selection and completing contract in the time we had.

Patrick and Beth Bowen of CarePatrol were great to work with in finding my dad a place to live in assisted living. Patrick was professional, and courteous in showing us places for my father to move into. This is the second time we have used CarePatrol, once with my mother in Stuart, FL and now with Patrick and Beth in eastern TN.
