Jason, with CarePatrol of Eastern Idaho, was extremely helpful in guiding our family to a care facility for our elderly mother. He helped us explore options, set up and guided a tour, and did a lot of back and forth phone calling with the hospital case manager and facility directors. He has a wealth of knowledge and truly cares about helping families place their loved one in the right new home for their next phase of life. He even made follow up calls to check how things were going for our mother in her new residence. I highly recommend you call Jason if your family has any question at all with regards to Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing Care facilities.

Our CarePatrol representative, Jason Atkinson was beyond helpful, courteous, informative, and kind. Consistently, Jason provided much needed assistance for the transition of my parents to Assisted Living. I would highly recommend him to anyone. The process was overwhelming, but with his help we were able to navigate it. His willingness and ever-present support and understanding gave us the boost we needed. Jason did a wonderful job for our family in helping us get our mom in an assisted living environment.
We were very concerned about how the process work but Jason made it easy for us and was able to answer all our questions. I would recommend CarePatrol to anyone who is looking to find a place that is a safe and comfortable environment for you parents in their time of need.

Jason was amazing from the moment we started talking to him. He coordinated personal tours with multiple facilities and was clearly interested in our family member's well being as well as what was best for us and other caregivers. When an emergency arose and it was time to move our family member, Jason was present with us at the emergency room and worked with the staff to get our parent admitted until he could help us coordinate a place at a facility. He continues to follow up with us and we could not have asked for a better experience.
