The representative, Melanie G., answered her phone on a late Friday afternoon and talked to me for over 40 minutes. Within a couple of days she had a short list of places where both parents could live after dad left skilled nursing. Helped us tour the 5 homes one of which was the clear winner. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!

Encompass rehab Mid- Cities referred me to CarePatrol and I was connected with Melanie. Melanie was FANTASTIC!!! She was more than helpful in assisting me while I navigated this process of finding a residential care facility for my mother. Melanie was very responsive, answered all my questions, and was very patient with me. She was very knowledgeable and informative. Melanie helped keep me calm and comfortable about the whole residential care facility option which I had no experience with. I have since referred Melanie/CarePatrol to a family friend who was looking for assistance as well. I am beyond grateful and thankful for all Melanie did for me and my family!
