Jenna was incredibly punctual and attentive during a very stressful situation. Her responsiveness, ability to listen, act; all while being empathetic to the situation were critical. Ultimately, she guided my family to excellent options. During it all she also advocated with expert advice and follow through. In fact she just followed up even through the placement is now complete. I was in a position I had to find appropriate living for my brother. I worked with Mary [FIRST NAME REMOVED] and she did a amazing job. She took so much pressure and stress off of me, and she really cared. I would always use CarePatrol when needed, they are number one.

Thank so much to Jenna at Care patrol for helping us find great places for my aunts. Jenna found the right independent living place for one aunt and then 7 months later found a great assisted living place for my 93 year old aunt. Both are happy at their new homes. Jenna was super speedy with her responses to our emails which was appreciated since we had emergency situations with both aunts. She also helped during discussions of which place to choose. Jenna was fantastic! She helped our family find the perfect place for my parents! She listened to our specific needs and took us to see the facilities that fit our requirements. She was patient, answered our many questions, and took into consideration what kind of environment was the best fit for mom and dad. Jenna V. helped us find a great place for our family member. She asked us what area we would like to look at & what type of care our family member needed, then she gave us info on the different facilities, lined up tours of several places that we were interested in & met us at the tours & helped ask/answer questions. We could call her with additional questions & she was ALWAYS so helpful, quick to respond & very kind & caring. We highly recommend Care Patrol!!
