Mary Beth was knowledgeable, friendly, empathetic and saved me a lot of time by helping me find facilities I may not have found on my own. Her knowledge and experience simplified what was looking to be an overwhelming task. Without her help, I feel whatever I might have found on my own would not have been anywhere near as good for my wife as where we are now.

Erica did all the ground work for us as we didn't know how to go about finding a senior living facility for our Dad. She set up the tours and interviewed Dad and she kept tabs on us with each step and after we got him settled in to new place. I would highly recommend Care Patrol to anyone trying to help their parents.

We had a great experience with CarePatrol. Erika and Lauren were fantastic to work with. They helped us find a facility for my Mom by gathering information for four facilities that they knew had space, scheduled a meeting at the facilities and attended each walk-through. They would check with us to determine if we had any additional questions once we decided on a facility and even after my Mom moved in. Would highly recommend them.

Already said in a Google review. Erica was amazing. My brother and I had to quickly find a place for my dad. Erica had tours scheduled the next day. Erica also told us about others options available to aging parents. We got dad placed and Erica even followed up with us to see how he was doing. I would recommend this service to anyone who has to move an aging parent!!!!
