Tara was incredibly responsive and I never felt like I was pestering her with too many questions. She helped me quickly narrow down my options for assisted living facilities and helped me understand better how Medicare and Medicaid work in these situations. My reduction in stress was enormous.

I cant thank these guys enough for the help that they have provided in our 2-1/2 year course trying to facilitate placement for our parents! They waited patiently on us as things kept changing. They worked with us as our parents were having difficulities making decisions and then following through on them. I have worked with many at CarePatrol over the years, starting with Jenna. Lastly, I have worked with Erica who has been so supportive and handled many things for me as things turned quickly for our situation. I cannot thank them enough for the physical support, phone support, and emotional support. She took such a weight off us from all the paperwork, phone calls, etc. We are foreever grateful, and we love ALL of you! God Bless!

It was a hectic and high anxiety time for our family and Erica stayed calm hroughiut the the time we needed her. This helped us stay grounded. She helped coordinate my brother's career after surgery and we can't thank her enough.

Mary Beth was knowledgeable, friendly, empathetic and saved me a lot of time by helping me find facilities I may not have found on my own. Her knowledge and experience simplified what was looking to be an overwhelming task. Without her help, I feel whatever I might have found on my own would not have been anywhere near as good for my wife as where we are now.

Erica did all the ground work for us as we didn't know how to go about finding a senior living facility for our Dad. She set up the tours and interviewed Dad and she kept tabs on us with each step and after we got him settled in to new place. I would highly recommend Care Patrol to anyone trying to help their parents.
