Marty listened to all of our concerns and what we were looking for when deciding on a place for my mother. He followed up and checked in to see how things were going while we were waiting for her to be released from rehab after breaking her hip. Without Marty, I am not sure how we would’ve navigated all of the information and the process of finding a place.

From our first phone conversation, I could sense that Marty Burkhart was a very caring individual. We were in panic mode in regards to finding memory care for my mother, but Marty put our minds at ease and made the process so much easier. He helped us every step of the way, and was incredibly patient and kind! His knowledge and expertise helped make a very stressful situation much easier to bear. We are so very thankful for the experience!

Marty was immediately response when we contacted him and very knowledgeable and compassionate when discussing our loved-one’s needs. He made arrangements to attend tours with us and asked pertinent questions that we might not have thought of. He researched and explained any previous issues found with the residences, and continued to be responsive and flexible according to our schedules while we searched for a place for our family member.

We were in a difficult situation of needing to find assisted living for my dad quickly. Marty was referred to us and responded immediately, got all of the information needed to get us set up with assessments from two facilities right away. He explained everything we needed to know to make decisions, and we were able to move by dad in within just a couple of days. Marty has also checked back in to make sure everyone is happy and things are going well. He is kind, understanding, and empathetic. I would recommend him and CarePatrol to anyone neededing to find placement for someone they love.

I liked the fact that Marty paid attention to detail. He listened to my unique situation and was able to research and come up with some doable solutions to where I could afford to live.
He graciously showed me independent living places within my reach. He knew each property manager and arranged a tour of each facility.
Marty was patient and professional.
A gentleman all around..
Don't see many of his caliber nowadays

Marty was very helpful from the time he first met us. He was there through the whole process. He always checked to make sure everything was done. I had the pleasure of working with Chanavi, we were in a time crunch getting my father in a new assisted living after his stroke Chanavi sent out referrals and found a place with in a day with in 2 days I had a place for my father to stay. I will always grateful for all the help she provided . Thank you Chanavi for everything you are Fabulous.
