I had a great experience working with Aletha from CarePatrol. My mom had an urgent need for longer term placement at an independent living senior community to continue convalescence after a heart attack followed by open heart surgery and a brief stay at a nursing facility for rehab. While she could take care of herself, she lacked the stamina to navigate stairs in her home. Aletha listened to the needs of my family, made all the calls and appointments. I just had to review the information and show for appointments to tour the communities. It was a stressful time for the family. Having someone with knowledge and connections with community resources take the lead helped tremendously. I highly recommend CarePatrol and have shared our experience with friends who are in similar positions of finding places for their loved ones.

My mother had fallen and needed to go into assisted living ASAP. My sister and I had no idea which way to turn. Thankfully, we were given one of your brochures. I called Deana and she immediately put our minds at ease. She met with us, educated us on the ins and outs of different types of facilities and set up several tours of assisted living facilities. She even joined us on the tours! I was so nice having a warm and compassionate person navigating this challenging journey for us.

Deana was invaluable in helping us figure out the next steps for our Mom. She thoroughly explained our options and went on the tour to the facility with us to be another set of eyes and ears. It was good to hear her perspective. We also could always get in touch with her via text/phone to answer any additional questions. It was wonderful having her as an advocate for our Mom. Aletha was awesome. Helped with the process of finding an appropriate facility for my sister. Aletha personally showed me 2 care facilities. She honed in on my needs and desires for my sister. I highly recommend Care Patrol for anyone in need of assistance for placement. I live in South Carolina and knew nothing about the Cincinnati area. Aletha immediately realized what I needed. She lifted a heavy burden off my shoulders.

Our advocate, Darlene Schneider was wonderful!!! She was knowledgeable and helpful in every step of the process. We could not have done it without her. We had just lost my dad and needed to find a place for my mom to live. Darlene was caring and understood the pain we were going through.

Working with the team at CarePatrol was an absolute gift. They’re not salespeople — they’re genuine caregivers who consistently put their clients’ needs first. It was heartbreaking when my aunt was discharged from the hospital and told she could no longer live independently. I live 2,500 miles away, and she has no local family. I had just one week in Cincinnati to make all the necessary arrangements. Thankfully, I was introduced to Aletha at CarePatrol. Even before I arrived, she spent considerable time on the phone with me — listening with care, answering questions, and helping me understand our options. She even met with my aunt in person before making any recommendations and anticipated things we hadn’t thought to consider. During my visit, I only had time to tour two facilities. Since Aletha was on a well-earned mini-vacation, Ron stepped in to accompany us. He was kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. When I unexpectedly needed a notary, Ron contacted Deana, who happened to be nearby. She met us in a parking lot to notarize my signature - a small gesture on the surface, but one that meant the world to me in the middle of a hectic, emotional week filled with healthcare decisions, legal documents, banking, and assisted living arrangements. Thank you, Aletha, Ron, and Deana. Your compassion and dedication brought clarity and comfort at a time when we needed it most. You make the world a better place.

My father was in an assisted living facility for two years. We recently learned that he needed to transition to a facility that provided memory care. A friend of ours connected us with Darlene. She was truly an answer to prayer. She guided us through the process and helped us find the right place at a cost my father could afford. My family has worked with Deana Barone multiple times over the past 2 years. I called her in a panic, and our first conversation very helpful. She is so knowledgeable and caring. I always enjoyed working with her and she was graceful about some things that my family did, because they didn't understand her role. Care Patrol met our family where we were to help us to understand options and resources available for our loved one with Alzheimer’s. Once we were ready to take the next step into a memory care facility, the team provided comprehensive support during the touring and selection process.
