I had been at such a low place in my life, trying to figure the best path to take for my husband with Alzheimer’s, myself and our dog. Our home had become too much for me to handle by myself and I was in need of support and guidance. Care Patrol offered just that. With the help of Deana Barone and the Care Patrol Team, I think we’re on the way to a more manageable living situation in a retirement community where most everything is included. We are looking forward to living a more simplistic life. The Care Patrol team listened to my needs, came up with options that they thought might work for us, and patiently escorted me on tours of the different places in which I’d expressed interest. We are scheduled to move in the next month or so and I feel relieved at having a plan in place and am looking forward to our new lifestyle. I am able to see some light at the end of the tunnel thanks to the support of Care Patrol.

I received a call based off of a referral and the person assigned to assist me helped me resolve my issue within a weeks time. I had 20 days to find my mother who was being discharged from a rehab facility an affordable, safe place to go. She was kind, knowledgeable, and super helpful. I will be eternally grateful for her help. I have since shared her card with a friend and will eagerly do so each time the opportunity arises.

Deanna was our advisor for the process of finding LTC care for my father who recently could not live safely alone at home. We were pointed to Care Patrol services by a social worker at his short term rehab . I am so appreciative of the guidance Deanna has given me and my brother in search for placement for care for my dad. This service is so critical for all families looking for placement. This service reduces the guess work, stress and busy work of finding placement. Deanna took time to listen to our dad's needs and our concern and really was passionate about making sure we had a right fit for care. So greatful for the services provided. One thousand percent recommended!

I had a great experience working with Aletha from CarePatrol. My mom had an urgent need for longer term placement at an independent living senior community to continue convalescence after a heart attack followed by open heart surgery and a brief stay at a nursing facility for rehab. While she could take care of herself, she lacked the stamina to navigate stairs in her home. Aletha listened to the needs of my family, made all the calls and appointments. I just had to review the information and show for appointments to tour the communities. It was a stressful time for the family. Having someone with knowledge and connections with community resources take the lead helped tremendously. I highly recommend CarePatrol and have shared our experience with friends who are in similar positions of finding places for their loved ones.

My mother had fallen and needed to go into assisted living ASAP. My sister and I had no idea which way to turn. Thankfully, we were given one of your brochures. I called Deana and she immediately put our minds at ease. She met with us, educated us on the ins and outs of different types of facilities and set up several tours of assisted living facilities. She even joined us on the tours! I was so nice having a warm and compassionate person navigating this challenging journey for us.

Deana was invaluable in helping us figure out the next steps for our Mom. She thoroughly explained our options and went on the tour to the facility with us to be another set of eyes and ears. It was good to hear her perspective. We also could always get in touch with her via text/phone to answer any additional questions. It was wonderful having her as an advocate for our Mom. Aletha was awesome. Helped with the process of finding an appropriate facility for my sister. Aletha personally showed me 2 care facilities. She honed in on my needs and desires for my sister. I highly recommend Care Patrol for anyone in need of assistance for placement. I live in South Carolina and knew nothing about the Cincinnati area. Aletha immediately realized what I needed. She lifted a heavy burden off my shoulders.

Our advocate, Darlene Schneider was wonderful!!! She was knowledgeable and helpful in every step of the process. We could not have done it without her. We had just lost my dad and needed to find a place for my mom to live. Darlene was caring and understood the pain we were going through.
