We met Ron Culyer who listened to our needs, offered facility options & helped us narrow down what we needed. Ron remained responsive, helpful, & empathetic to our concerns. He arranged site visits & we were met by staff who knew & respected him in the industry. We had a good journey toward reaching our final retirement living decision.

Extremely supportive during a difficult time. Very helpful navigating the senior living options. Also very knowledgeable about dementia and the support the senior and the family needs. Such a bright light and resource throughout the process.

Ron at Care Patrol has been a tremendous resource. He listened to our desires and concerns with genuine care. He introduced us to several retirement communities and ultimately showed us a development we were very excited about for our family member. He has been readily available for additional questions about future care etc and very helpful. Our family member is now in a community that Ron helped us find and select, she is happy, comfortable in her surroundings and engaging with the community. Deana was very helpful again in locating a new facility for my mother in law. We moved into the next state and my mother in law wanted to be closer. Deana suggested a place and made arrangements for us to visit. She came along with us as well, while we met with the new facility to get information and a tour. My mother in law has now moved in. I can't thank Deana enough for her wonderful insight and help.

Aletha and Ron have been wonderful to work with. Placing your loved one in assisted living is incredibly stressful and I was grateful to have guidance so that someone could help navigate things. To top it all off the first place was not a good fit and they have continued to provide assistance to work through those things and ultimately to try and advocate on our behalf for a smooth transiiton to a new place.

Deana did a fabulous job of providing information in a kind and caring way. She was very knowledgeable and most interested in helping to find services that were best for my mom.

Our mother had a stroke in June and suffered a hip fracture in July. She needed rehabilitation and would not be able to live alone anymore. With many decisions to be made and the worry and stress of the situation, we needed help making life changing decisions for our mother. I reached out to Deana Barrone of Care Patrol. After our initial conversation about mom’s situation, I knew we had found the help we needed. Deana gathered information about mom and provided multiple suggestions of assisted living facilities. She met us at the facilities, toured with us, and assisted us in knowing what questions we should ask at the facilities. She is so knowledgeable, patient, and very kind. She was very objective and at no time attempted to steer us toward a specific facility. She also worked with the facility we selected to ensure a seamless move in process. We are so grateful for meeting Deana and having her help. Clearly she has made a difficult situation much easier for us to bear and navigate. I would strongly encourage anyone in this situation with aging parents to reach out to Deana at Care Patrol. Sandy W.
