I loved that they considered my mom's needs and what we could afford, then selected places for me to tour. They contacted these places, made appointments for the tours and met me at each place to tour with me. They were knowledgeable about each facility we toured. I was not alone in my search and this made me more comfortable. They were very understanding, and listened to my fears and concerns. I could not be any happier with the place we selected and the best part is my mom is very happy, has made friends and is having a wonderful time! CarePatrol also put me in touch with someone at the VA to help us complete the paperwork for Aid and Attendance. Overall, CarePatrol made this very stressful experience easier and helped me realize I was making the right decisions for my mom.

The people working for Care Patrol are truly wonderful and caring people. Petra and Kate were indispensable as we have elderly parents on both sides. During difficult times and you are in a seemingly impossible situation, Care Patrol is there to help. They helped with so many different tasks and details, I cannot even begin to describe how nice it was to have their kindness and assistance to make difficult decisions. The assistance they provided was invaluable! We didn't know how to move forward with what we needed but then Care Patrol stepped in and handled everything for us.
