Sally Willis with CarePatrol was wonderful in assisting us temporarily relocate our Mom recently. She contacted facilites, set up appointments for tours & went with us as well as got info like cost and availability for us that was crucial in assisting us in making the decision on the best location for our loved one. The people at care patrol were very understanding of my situation when I needed to relocate my mother to another ALF. They gave me several good options and came along for interviews. When one move unexpectedly fell through, they quickly contacted my second choice and were able to get things done. All at no cost to me! Thank you, Care Patrol

Petra was an angel! She was very calming in a time of crisis and concern with having to locate a memory care facility for my wife with AD. She quickly set up visits with 4 local facilities and drove me to each appointment. She was very knowledgeable andvfamiliar with each facility and administrative staff that I met with. She was very professional and honestly answered my questions and listened to my concerns. She was in constant communication with me during the family's decision in choosing a facility and followed up with transportation of my wife from the hospital to the chosen care facility. I will definitely recommend CarePatrol to anyone seeking assistance in finding a care facility for a loved one.

Sally was the best with everything during the process of moving my mom to an ALF. She met with us at a few places and toured them, gave some positives and negatives of each one. She really eased my mom's feeling of abandonment by going to a facility and not home. Just a wonderful human being!
