Adam Grobmyer was the most amazing person to work with. My husband really likes Adam, and he could not have been more helpful. I honestly don't know what I would have done without Adam's guidance and advice. Adam even stopped by to check on my husband after he was transferred to Waterford at Carpenters Creek. I will recommend Adam to everyone I meet who is in need of assistance with locating a place for their loved one.

Laura was very caring, stayed with me through out the process. She explained the process very well and assisted with forms that needed to be filled out by the primary physician. When I thought I needed to provide information, set up interviews, she explained that she would do that. It took a lot of the extra work from me. She set up the tours, answered all my questions and that took all the anxiety that I felt away. Thank you!

Kristen was professional and always made the best use of my time. Without her it would have been much more stressful and time consuming to find a placement for my mother. I would have been lost without her help!

they assisted my mom with getting her brother in a place. once she was telling me about how they treated her, and then i went with her on a visit. i saw how professional they are. they get and give a clear understandinng of it all.

Once I learned about Care Patrol, within 2 weeks they helped me find a place for my husband. It had reached the point I could longer keep him at home because of his fall risks and refusal of my help at home. Kate D. was kind enough to take me on tours of potential memory care facilities. Within 5 days of the tours my husband was settled into a beautiful facility in Pensacola where I truly believe he will have all the professional care his condition requires. For that, many many kudos to Care Patrol and Kate for their help. The world should know about CARE PATROL and those wonderful women who work tirelessly to help families like mine! Many thanks and God bless you all.

Their quick response in getting back to me after contacting them. We did an assessment immediately and I was sent recommendations the next morning. April and Adam were my contact team. They were both knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful throughout the process of choosing a facility. They are both wonderful assets to their company. I would highly recommend Care Patrol and would use them again.

Adam Grobmyer is an excellent person to have with you when touring care facilities in Pensacola. He is very knowledgeable about the local communities. He is friendly, courteous, very professional. He has helped place two loved ones!

Denise Waters I have never met her in person, but she has been truly a gift from God for our family. We were lost, had tried every option and every place to turn to, and we were making zero progress, we were literally thrown to the wolves and basically told secret swim. My uncle suffered a brain hemorrhage, a brain aneurysm, and and two ischemic strokes all at the same time. His life was upside down as was ours. My uncle does not have a wife or kids so it fell to my mother and I to figure everything out for him. I don’t know where we would have been without Denise’s amazing help. She is truly a gift and deserves all the praise in the world.

I worked with Kristen Coates to secure an Assisted Living Facility for my Mother. Kristen is a Senior Care Consultant with CarePatrol.. She was nothing short of amazing. She knows all the ins and outs, and all of the contacts to obtain care for your loved ones. My sister and I knew nothing about Rehabilitation Facilities, and even less about selecting the best Assisted Living Facility. Kristen, personally walk us through numerous locations and introduced us to all of the right people. She even provided the pricing and literature to each location, before we even visited them. I would highly recommend Kristen Coates to anyone who is looking for a facility for Rehab or Assisted Living for a loved one. In fact, I have twice since she helped my family. She is awesome.
