Every single interaction from beginning questions of budgets to my Mother’s actual placement in her Assisted Living Facility was the best my family could have asked for in this difficult process. Adam, Susie, everyone we came in contact with were so helpful, knowledgeable and educated us about options for our Mom. I can’t imagine using any other people to assist our family on this journey.

I loved having Adam to tour facilities alongside me as my husband was working and unable to...it was so helpful to have another set of eyes and ears to help process all of the information and to help clarify answers to my many important questions. I sincerely believed his goal was to help find the right place for my mother-in-law and that was comforting. Additionally, I appreciated his help in notifying the "other" facilities that we visited once our final choice was made! Thanks Care Patrol!!

Working with Adam Grobmyer and Blair who kept in contact throughout on how my mom was doing and offering any type of service, giving us information of prices for facilities. They were a fresh of breath air for it is stressful and strenuous when dealing with a loved parent and watching them decline. They had our back and helped us to make the transition easier on us and I am grateful and appreciate all the effort they put in helping us.

On Day 1, I answered questions about our mother's situation on website for my area/location. Also, I called and left message. Within a couple of hours of Day 1, someone returned my call, and we were able to document all necessary information to get started. By the next morning, we had a number of options for us to review, discuss, and decide what to pursue. After deciding, CarePatrol arranged for representatives to come meet and assess my mother's condition and would be care requirements. With such assessments and recommendations, we decided best place to move my mother. Most impressive and incredibly comforting was how CarePatrol made arrangements for moving truck and separate transport of my mother to the new senior facility. This process was seamless, and my mother never saw any of the packing at old room or setting up at new room. She walked into new room as if nothing changed. Only now, she will have the increased nursing care and attendance that necessitated the move. Without doubt, CarePatrol is the GO TO call for professional help when that critical point in time arrives. Thank you so much!

I would like to say thank you to all involved in the care for my Father Bobby Story. With the strokes leaving him hard to deal with at times, just knowing you deal with type of person on a dally basis helps me feel so much better. We worked with Adam who was very quick to help find placement for our parents. He arranged appointments and attended them with us to help navigate and answer questions. He worked with negotiate a better rate for the room and board as well.

Petra and her team at CarePatrol took great care of our family earlier this month when we were looking for a new memory care facility for our dad. A few years ago we were looking for a new memory care facility for both of our parents and Petra was instrumental in getting them both placed. So when it was time to search again for our dad, Petra was the only person we trusted to help us again. I would absolutely recommend CarePatrol.

It’s a struggle to get help with finding help with elder care or memory care when you first start having trouble ! When the Care Patrol went to bat for us it was such a Releif and we appreciate all they did and continue to do!!!

Care Patrol was a lifesaver! The State of Florida has different rules for Seniors on Medicine. Moved my Mom from Fairhope. Al to Cantonment, Fla. I definitely recommend them to help with Family. They are extremely nice and knowledgeable.
