I enjoyed working with Andrea and having someone to who understood and empathized with what our family was going through. It was a timesaver having Andrea do all the legwork finding memory care centers that met my mom’s needs. She was a great guide and answered a lot of our questions, and if she didn’t have the answers she found out for us.

We had a great experience with Nancy and Andrea. They met with our family on a Sunday took us on tours of facilities on Monday, and we had our dad moved into a senior living spot by that next weekend. It was a very time sensitive matter and we couldn’t have done it without their navigation and support!

We were looking for a place for Mom and Dad to be where they would be safe and well cared for. Nancy was on it immediately! She knows the area and she knows her stuff inside and out. And when our plans feel through, Nancy did not give up on us. She waited until we spoke to her again and continued to help us through the ups and downs of trying to take care of elderly parents while living out of town. She helped us with a difficult problem and was able to find a place that my mom loves within a mile of their condo. Nancy knows the facilities, the people who are in the offices and she knows if they will meet your family's needs. She is extremely well versed in the needs of Alzheimer/dementia patients. I feel like Nancy is a part of the family, she knows us so well. We could not have chosen a better facilities advisor. We are so grateful for her help.

Setting up at least 3 visits at a time. Listening to what we were looking for. I would certainly recommend care patrol for anyone looking for what's out there. Saves a lot of computer time. Very happy with what we picked!:

CarePatrol of Greater St. Louis has been unbelievably helpful to me and my loved one. Nancy takes time to understand our particular situation in detail, and she is able to quickly and efficiently figure out options that work best for us in the very short term and for the longer-term. She has established and solid relationships with many different facilities and agencies across the metro area, and I was and continue to be relieved and comforted to have her expertise during this stressful and time sensitive on- going decision making. So far there has not been a question that I have asked that Nancy has not been able to answer, she is a fabulous resource, and really knows what she is doing, and she helps with a respectful and kind approach.

She has been a blessing during this entire process which has taken years to get my parents to the point where they would make a decision.

We have used CarePatrol a couple of times when we needed to move our father from Independent, to Assisted, to Skilled. We met with Nancy McClure each time and she has great knowledge about the care facilities in our area. That really helps when trying to narrow down a list of places to visit. She took the time to get to know what our needs were for our father so that we were able to find the best care for him. I would highly recommend CarePatrol.

Nancy was very responsive in a very difficult time for us. Our timeline to get our Dad into a memory care facility was changed at the last minute and Nancy worked hard over a weekend to reschedule all our visits to first thing Monday morning. I highly recommend others to use her services.
