We had never used CarePaytrol for housing or apartment. The team (Nancy...Nicole) were very professional and personable. They responded promptly. Their research for housing/apartments were right on target in our desired area.
They were very informed on the unique features of each retirement
community. We were pleased beyond words. We highly recommend this business to other retirees.

Nancy was an asset in helping our family select a LTC facility for our parents. Very instrumental from start to finish and made our job effortless in finding the perfect place that suits our parents' needs.
She was always responsive in communicating through emails, calls and kept us informed of the latest reviews and costs affiliated with the care facility.

Nancy was very thorough and met my family at several long-term care facilities to tour them alongside us, further explaining any services offered or unique characteristics of the home. It was wonderful not to make the phone calls ourselves and have her coordinate all the scheduling and tours! She was very understanding during a challenging time.

Nancy McClure was a blessing! She suggested the different facilities where she thought we should go according to our needs & wants. She was so knowledgeable (sometimes she knew more about the facility than the person who was giving us the tour.) Not only was Nancy knowledgeable about the facility's but also about the different needs of the elderly & would suggest different ways we could help our loved one.
Nancy would make all of the appointments for us & cancel them if that's what we needed & email us the information. She picked us up & drove us to the facilities. She made us feel so comfortable & she relieved us of our worries. Nancy was the one to stay in touch with the facilities & if we had questions she would call them for us so that we were not bombarded with all of the phone calls. She was so very kind, patient, helpful, caring, understanding, I could go on & on! Wel could not have done any of this without her. We LOVE her!!! I would highly recommend Nancy to everyone!! We felt like she was our Guardian Angel!

Nancy M. was my agent. She did a great job in researching options with the benefits that my father had, helping us get them set up, and then touring multiple facilities. She always kept in touch, kept us informed, and checked the status as we progressed through the process. I would recommend Care Patrol to others.

Working with Nancy was a blessing. We were in a crisis. My sisters husband died 11/1/2024. He was 91, in failing health and the 24 hour caregiver for his wife. She is legally blind, is on oxygen for COPD and uses a walker. She is almost 88. We needed Assisted Living as soon as possible. Our first meeting with Nancy was 11/9. The first “tour” was 11/12. On 11/13 we visited Westview At Ellisville and on 11/22 she reluctantly moved in. She hardly had time to grieve and now she was leaving her home of 54 years for the last time. It’s been only 1 week and she is very happy and actually enjoying herself. She is SAFE. Nancy was the beacon in all this.

I enjoyed working with Andrea and having someone to who understood and empathized with what our family was going through. It was a timesaver having Andrea do all the legwork finding memory care centers that met my mom’s needs. She was a great guide and answered a lot of our questions, and if she didn’t have the answers she found out for us.

We had a great experience with Nancy and Andrea. They met with our family on a Sunday took us on tours of facilities on Monday, and we had our dad moved into a senior living spot by that next weekend. It was a very time sensitive matter and we couldn’t have done it without their navigation and support!

We were looking for a place for Mom and Dad to be where they would be safe and well cared for. Nancy was on it immediately! She knows the area and she knows her stuff inside and out. And when our plans feel through, Nancy did not give up on us. She waited until we spoke to her again and continued to help us through the ups and downs of trying to take care of elderly parents while living out of town. She helped us with a difficult problem and was able to find a place that my mom loves within a mile of their condo. Nancy knows the facilities, the people who are in the offices and she knows if they will meet your family's needs. She is extremely well versed in the needs of Alzheimer/dementia patients. I feel like Nancy is a part of the family, she knows us so well. We could not have chosen a better facilities advisor. We are so grateful for her help.
