I believe Kaiser put CarePatrol in touch with me. I couldn't be happier with CarePatrol and Stephanie Long. I had no idea what I'd be going through with my brother and his health issues and 'hospice' care. Stephanie took me, step-by-step through the process. I would not have made it without her. FYI: another representative from another company contacted me, after Stephanie. I didn't know he was from another company. With all that was going on, I thought he worked with Stephanie or the same company. We talked for quite a while. I then reconnected with Stephanie and went forward. The other representative was not happy with me and let me know I was 'working with him.' I apologized for my error and continued to work with CarePatrol and Stephanie. Stephanie reconnected with me, after my brother was settled into Assisted Living complex. Continuing to help me, and it looks like I still need help. Kudos to CarePatrol and Stephanie.

Stephanie listened to our needs, came through with options for us to pick for our loved one and did the leg work to help us meet potential care environments. Stephanie is extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind and went above and beyond given the tight timeline and weekend move-in date for our loved one.

Stephanie was an amazing resource for my family. She has so much knowledge about senior faciliities and working with Kaiser. I was able to put my trust in her and focus on other aspects of my mother's care. I can't say enough positively about Stephanie. I would recommend her without hesistation.

Stephanie was an absolute Godsend. She helped us through every step of finding and placing my father in a beautiful and caring assisted living facility. My father was not easy to place due to a number of factors. At every step, Stephanie was calm and confident. She partnered with both the skilled nursing facility and the assisted living facility to find solutions. We would not have been able to get my father placed in the short time we had without her. I cannot recommend Stephanie enough!!

And Stephanie continued to provide excellent recommendations and support as we needed to change care homes, as my friend's needs changed. Stephanie was phenomenal. Very attentive, professional, and listened to all questions and followed up with requirements my mother needed.She scheduled appt times to see many board & care homes with speed and always asked what else we needed. She is very efficient and followed with emails and phone calls to make sure my mother was safe and content with her placement. She came and visited her prior, during and after her transfer to the board and care home.
