Very attentive, professional, and listened to all questions and followed up with requirements my mother needed.She scheduled appt times to see many board & care homes with speed and always asked what else we needed. She is very efficient and followed with emails and phone calls to make sure my mother was safe and content with her placement. She came and visited her prior, during and after her transfer to the board and care home.
