Lisa was very helpful and consistently followed up. She was able to walk us through steps to make it all happen. Not only did she help with my mom, but I feel like I made a very good friend. A sister when mine wasn’t available.

Bobbi Jo took all the time needed to find a place specifically for my husband/father and one that we also felt comfortable with. After 2 years and a change of management that didn't coincide with what we needed/wanted, she again gave it her all to help us. We felt totally comfortable with her and felt she was truly in our world working for the best for all of us. She even did follow up calls to see how it was going after. So a very good experience with Care Patrol.

They helped with our individual needs. Easy to contact and found what we needed for our Dad. Bobby Jo was awesome. She followed up to be sure everything went well, more than once. We felt very confident with all of her inquiries and knowledge. She really made the difference between things working out great. Provided a lot of emotional support during a very stressful time. Would highly recommend their services.

An emergency situation arose with my in home caretaker and Bobbi Jo found me a facility in hours. I was able to get admitted the very next day. Bobbi Jo Dorsey and Jayne were invaluable to me over the past number of years as my mom continued to age in her own home. Periodic follow up was very good. It was a wonderful blessing to have local 'boots on the ground' to help me find the appropriate care for my mom. I will definitely recommend CarePatrol to anyone who might ask me if I know of any such service. It is OK to share my comments with Bobbi Jo and Jayne; they'll know it's me ...we were in touch fairly regularly.

Lisa at CarePatrol was efficient and knowledgeable in helping us navigate the landscape of finding assisted living for our family member. We found them through the Door County ADRC newsletter. We generally do deep research for such important decisions, but were faced with limited time and extreme urgency. Lisa was able to bring us up to speed quickly and arrange interviews and pricing with potential care facilities and comparative tools to help us understand differences in the options. She has a deep understanding of the market and connections with facilities that resulted in a much less stressful process for our whole family. We never felt pressured to make any decisions, and CarePatrol's role was to continue to find options within our budget and needs. We went from panic of needing to instantly navigate the whole assisted living landscape to secure housing in 2 weeks. Why would you tackle such a monumental task on your own when this type of expertise is available at no cost to you? I would not hesitate to recommend their services.
