The knowledge of information regarding area facilities was a wonderful asset. Taking into account a person’s location within the city, abilities, and overall living conditions a person has had in the past and apply it to conditions you are looking to secure. Definitely working with someone who is knowledgeable, has a positive and upbeat attitude, such as Lisa, has made this venture of our search, much more enjoyable.

Stephanie was so great with all that we went through to get my mom placed in a nice, safe, facility. When things took a turn for the worse, she was immediately texting and calling me to let me know and listen to my crying rant. The support I received from Stephanie was so important and exactly what I needed from her. She is a gem! Please never refer to the horrible people at Courtyard. They are not in the business for the right reasons. I always believe things happen for a reason, but they messed around with me while my mom sat in the hospital and that's not what caring people do. Thank you so so much for everything!!! I will spread your company everywhere I can.

So easy!! We immediately felt that Lisa was our friend and family. She worked quickly to help us place Mom in a place that met our needs. Knowing that this can be an overwhelming experience, Lisa attended every visit with us, took notes, and asked questions that we forgot to ask. She then emailed us the notes for reference. Lisa followed up with us after the placement to make sure everything was going well. Another huge help was that Lisa’s relevant experience helped us understand what we were going through, what we were feeling and why, and reassurance that it was all normal. 100% trust in Lisa!! Lisa is now family. We highly recommend Lisa and CarePatrol!! Did I mention how fantastic Lisa was?! 😂 Thank you Lisa!! We love you!!

Lisa at CarePatrol is absolutely amazing. I was surprised to learn I was the POA for Healthcare for a good friend which was activated recently. Bobbi Jo has been very helpful in guiding me through the process of dealing with his recent hospitalization and medical issues as well as assisting in the relocation of my friend from his apartment to assisted living. She regularly contacts me to see how things are going and provide guidance on any questions I may have. It's been a great comfort to have Bobbi Jo assisting me in my friend's current health journey.
