Danielle is knowledgeable and professional. She took charge of my family's need and handled and expedited everything that was required to get my brother settled in the best situation for him. The CarePatrol person we met with, Danielle Meaux treated my family's concerns and questions with so much care. She answered everytime we called with questions or needing to change itineraries. I didn’t know what to expect honestly. The stress of having a loved one that needed a safe place to move to due to dementia was so overwhelming. From the moment of our first interaction with CarePatrol I felt so at peace that we were on the same page of finding the best location for our loved one. The unknown was explained completely.
