Kim Little did a great job at keeping in touch and keeping me updated. Finding the right Assisted Living Facility for my Mom was extremely stressful. Having Care Patrol coming to the rescue was a relief. I highly recommend using this service. I’ve already referred a friend.

I truly appreciate the way they take control and afford you relief. I had to answer a lot of questions but that was nothing compared to everything that went on behind the scenes. They got to know my father in law and what he needed and recommended a great place. Everything happened quickly and they were always there when I had a question. I appreciate them for everything they do! I could not have gotten this taken care without their help and support. Thank you.

Great women who were attentive and supportive during such a hard time. Kim worked tirelessly trying to accommodate mine and my Fathers needs. I couldn’t have done it without the MD team I started out with which led me to the VA team. Thank you for all of your assistance through this.

I cannot recommend Care Patrol enough. Kim made what felt like an incredibly overwhelming process so much easier. She was so helpful and really listened to what I was looking for and what concerns I had regarding my relative. Kim suggested locations based on my price range/wants/concerns and scheduled tours on my behalf. She graciously went along with me to each tour and helped navigate the conversation with the sales agent. I will 100% be recommending Care Patrol to my family and friends.

Kim Little has been amazing and has followed our family’s care needs for over three years now. She has consistently checked in, making sure that the facility is fulfilling our needs and the appropriate level of care. She was the first to let us know when the current facility was soon to close and quickly identified several new options that met our needs and budget. Kim has been a lifeline during a difficult transition, and living across the country, we would have been lost without her.

CP was there for me on the worst days of my life. Several times, I almost broke under the weight of providing care for my mother. I was just trying to survive and do right by my mother. CP's sincerity, creativity, resourcefulness, and knowledge of health care processes took me from surviving to thriving. When CP taught me that I was not alone, the weight became easier to carry. I don't know what my mother and I would have done without CP. Now, my mom is getting the care she needs. And, I'm OK.

Kim was very helpful, had many resources to offer, and didn’t give up on helping me when others washed their hands of the situation after the first week of a long month journey to find the right place.
