Ralph was great. I was running into many obstacles trying to get my mother in an assisted living home. Ralph listened to me. Made a suitable list in my budget. He went with me to each location. I picked one out, it was easy. I highly recommend Care Patrol.

I was very pleased with the response time, for everything. From the time we called to the scheduled tours all on one day, to communication with the facility, to let them know we were ready to move my mother in. I think within 2 and 1/2 weeks from beginning to finish, Mom was in her new place of residence.
