i really felt heard when it came to the requests I shared. The process was swift but impactful. The flexibility and patience in making sure ALL of my questions and concerns were addressed. The coordination of care and location selection was phenomenal. The location selected is amazing. I feel so comfortable with my loved one staying in the home and I can see the care she is receiving has really made a difference in her experience. I would highly recommend the CARE Patrol to everyone. Rhonda Miles' customer service is unmatched. I did not feel like we were clients, I felt like we were family.

Prompt and accurate information, and ready availability when I asked questions by email. The recommendations sent would targeted exactly to area i needed info on. I would Never HAVE SUCCEEDED in getting my sister in a skilled nursing facility place right next to where she otherwise lives because i didn't know it even existed.

Carlos really listened to us and worked with us to find a good fit for my mother-in-law. He was knowledgeable and had information at his disposal, which saved us time. He was also a great sounding board with concerns that I had concerning my mother in law's adjustment to senior living.
