Kathy was so responsive and caring as I tried to find a good home for my Alzheimer's afflicted husband. She arranged for tours and speeded things up as my situation at home became worse. And this all happened over a long holiday weekend. We found an excellent place with availability, close to our house within days. Thanks, Kathy! You are amazing.

Our experience with CarePatrol of Howard-Montgomery Counties was wonderful! We worked with Carlos Taylor to find assisted living for my mother in law after she fell and injured her shoulder. Carlos was a pleasure to work with during the process. He asked good questions, listened to our needs/wants for my mother in law, and held our hands the entire way! We needed quick help and Carlos was able to provide us with it. He was kind and caring, even listening to me when I tearfully called him from the hospital. Carlos helped us know what to expect. It was a tough time for our family, but Carlos and CarePatrol were there for us. I would highly recommend this team!

The professional and personal attention that was given to me by Ms. Rhonda Myles was truly appreciated. She took the time to listen to my concerns and was able to provide additional resources to help me make decisions regarding appropriate steps to take for my husband. Since his health needs required another level of care, Ms. Myles was able to recommend other options to me. It appears as though the level of care he is receiving is what he needed and I am pleased with the results. Thank you.

Carlos of Care Patrol provided excellent service from the first call through search to follow up after move in. Carlos was so patient and thorough to come to an understanding of my parent's issues and care needs, I was at ease immediately. With his extensive knowledge of the industry from care to contacts and diligence he found a facility/home with a loving, respectful environment that was available and able to accommodate every aspect of my parent's needs the first morning of touring. He then checked in along the way to ensure the move and settling in went well. Having searched independently and in crisis mode needing placement ASAP, I reached out to Care Patrol and wished I had done so from the start.
