We had no idea this resource even existed. We were told about it from a PT at the hospital. I emailed one morning and we heard back that same day (within probably 15 minutes) and had a call that morning and then met Clay that same day! He was a wonderful resource and helped set up appts. for the next day or so to visit assisted living facilities. He was with us every step of the way and helped us beyond expectations. We found a place for our mom and Clay followed up with us and continues to check in. Resources like this are so important and so beneficial to those of us who are in over our heads! Thank you so much for being there to help us make the right decision!!

Clay was proactive and very eager to provide assistance. Clay prepared me for a possible 72-hour notice from the insurance company that coverage for my mother's rehabilitation would be terminated early, which it was. With Clay's help, we were able to get her into an assisted living facility upon discharge.

Clay is extremely knowledgeable, patient and compassionate. He seemed to know what we needed before we even did. He scheduled and joined me on visits. His experience enabled him to ask the questions I didn’t know to ask while also picking up on subtle things during visits that he knew would or wouldn’t fit our needs. He genuinely cares about his clients and their families. He came in at a time I was feeling lost and overwhelmed and guided us along. My mom’s is settled and thriving in her new home. Clay was a super helpful resource during this part of our journey!
