My experience with CarePatrol was life saving. Had it not been for Stephanie, I am not sure that I would have been able to find a senior assisted living facility for my father. Senior resources are not readily available to people who are looking to take care of their elders. With Care Patrol that gap is bridged.

It was the best experience working with CarePatrol during the whole process of finding my mother an assisted living facility. Stephanie was fantastic and is a saint!!!! There are no words that I can write to express my gratitude to her and CarePatrol. If you have a loved one and need help call them!

Stephanie is THE BEST. Not only is she patient, she is compassionate, and also very experienced. She helped me find the best facility for my grandmother, not only for all the criteria we were looking for, but also keeping within our budget. I could not have done this without her. She also offered me a lot of good advice for future and current caregiving. She even visited my grandmother at her new home, to make sure that she's well taken care of. She really was my rock through the storm. I cannot recommend her more!!!!

I only had a few hours to find a board and care facility for mom. It was a terribly stressful time. Stephanie walked me through the process, lined up tours and I contracted with a facility right by my home. CarePatrol was a huge help to me and my family.

CarePatrol Representative, Ms. Stephanie Ribelin, is one top notch Rep. She is very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. Our recent last-minute experience in placing our 99 year old mother was one that went so quick and with a smooth process without any hassle. We appreciate Ms. Ribelin visiting our mother, checking up on her at the Beach Terrace facility in Stanton. She updates us every step of the way. Ms. Ribelin is one great asset to your organization, one that really can assist and support clients from beginning to the end of the process. We sure appreciate her efforts and support. Where do I begin to say that Stephanie Reblin is truly a Angel sent to me! She went above & beyond helping me & my son find a place to have my husband who has Dementia live in. It was by far the hardest decision to make after 49 yrs of marriage. Stephanie searched & checked on In Home Boarding Care places and found by far the best place for my husband to live & being so well taken care of by the staff. Stephanie listened to all my concerns took all my calls guided me so much that she is a friend to me now. She has visited my husband to make sure he is doing well. I HIGHLY recommend her to help make a very tough decision for families.

Stephanie Ribelin was CRITICAL to our success. She is 100% client-focused and led our discovery process woth patience, care and a ton of empathy. She connected authentically with every member of our family, most importantly, with our aging father. She is fluent in many care options and helped us find the right fit. We would not have found our dad’s new community without Stephanie. Can’t speak more highly. She is exceptional.

Stephanie from Care Patrol is an absolute blessing from God. She has been so so helpful in the whole process of applying for Medi Cal, applying for the waiver and helping me find a new nursing care facility for my step mom Jeannie. She is the answer to my prayers for help. Even after we moved in my stepmom, she visited her at the nursing home the next day to make sure she is ok. The world needs another 100,000 Stephanie's because finding great care for the elderly with dementia and diabetes would be impossible without Stephanie's help. She is a person who does what she says. God bless Stephanie. She is a Godsend.
