We have been very pleased with the help that both Ron and Monica provided on our recent searches for our elderly relatives. Our referral to CarePatrol was such a blessing. We were overwhelmed trying to navigate the processes and decisions that needed to be made for our parents. We had already spent countless hours on the phone and web trying to compare options which only confused us further. Monica (and Kara and Ron) stepped into our lives and helped us find our way. She knew what questions to ask and where to look for resources that would best fit our situation. She helped make the transition from home to care center manageable for us and our parents. Even better, she helped us find the words to ease Mom and Dad into their new home with a positive mindset. And all of it pulled off in record time. We are incredibly grateful.

Monica eased so much of our stress as she guided us through the process of finding memory care for our dad. We didn’t have the first clue where to start and the stress was awful. Monica talked us through options and helped us find the kind of place we wanted. When she had an emergency to deal with, Monica sent her co-worker, Ron, to sit in on a meeting we had at a possible residence. Ron gave us valued insight and confidence that we were making a good choice. Thank you, Monica and Ron, for every way you helped us! We can’t imagine having to go through the process without you!

Care Patrol specifically Ron Braun was referred by a social worker at Amedisys. Both parents needed assisted living which I had been unsuccessful getting them to move from their home. The search for a place took 1.5 years. They signed contracts with a provider but refused to go. Ron visited with them then with me to provide the best options for them. He took them to visit his first choice option. It was a hit with them. He understood what they would need now and in the future. They agreed on the facility. Shortly after one of them fell and was hospitalized for three days. Ron visited and provided info to the assisted living company. He provided a nursing care company reference to assist until they could move into the facility. An internet search will provide a lot of options for help in finding assisted living. I consulted many of them without discovering Care Patrol. Care Patrol was the only company with a hands on approach and accurate evaluation of need to provide optimum recommendations. If you have similar needs in the metropolitan KC area contact Care Patrol and Ron Braun. If their other location staffs are available to you contact them. Perhaps they have people who meet the standards that Ron has.

Ron was an amazing partner and advocate for our needs. He is extremely knowledgeable about and integrated into the industry which saved us hours and hours of research. In a time where we were nervous about making the right, informed decision - he gave us peace. That is priceless!

Ron Braun with Care patrol was very professional and a great help in assisting in finding the proper facility to relocate my elderly mother. Ron was extremely helpful and very personable. Highly recommend using their services when the need arised to place a loved one in a care facility.

We were not familiar with Retirement Living Communities and all the different options to consider. I had done some searching online and had come up with a lot of facilities with lots of reviews. I had more questions than when I'd begun. A family member knew someone that worked with assisted living transition and introduced us to Ron. From that first introduction Ron guided us through different options, set up facility tours and suggested what to look for as we reviewed the retirement communities. Over the next couple of weeks, we picked an option we thought our Mom would love and made a reservation. Our Mom has now moved in, is very happy and settling in. I would highly recommend Ron. His knowledge, experience and assistance was invaluable in this transition.
