I was lost as to where my mom could go to be taken care of , as well. I was connected with Care Patrol and they came to assess her status. They knew exactly what and where my options were. They have been in contact with me even a week after she moved to her new home and making sure that she and we are happy. So glad they were there to help. I recommend them, wholeheartedly

CarePatrol enabled me to place a loved one in assisted living within two weeks. After coming home from the hospital and receiving support from Centerwell OT, PT, speech therapy and social work, the loved one proved unable to live at home. I chose CarePatrol from a list of referrals and called early Monday morning. I received a call back that morning and within days toured nearby assisted living facilities. I also received a referral to a real estate agent to help with selling the house. It was all seeming so much trouble before CarePatrol stepped in to take care of the job. Thanks CarePatrol.

My family began thinking about the process of looking at memory care options for our mother. I sent Todd an email through the care patrol website and received a call from him minutes later. After meeting with Todd, he sent us a list of the best facilities that aligned with our mother's needs, along with points of contact for each place. A very difficult process during an emotionally challenging time was simplified thanks to his help. I can't recommend Care Patrol and Todd enough.

I feel very fortunate to have had Amanda Russo of Care Patrol guide me through the process of choosing an assisted living facility for my loved one. Choosing to put my family member into a facility was the most difficult decision I have ever made. But Amanda was professional, empathetic, and so extremely helpful and patient with me as I tried to come to a decision. She was with me every step of the way, from setting up tour appointments, to helping me ask the right questions, to understanding that our life situation was in no way my fault, and that I should not feel guilty for making tough decisions that are best for my family.
Now that my loved one has gone into memory care, Amanda continues to check on me to be sure that I am alright with this difficult change in our lives. I am so thankful that CarePatrol was there when I needed their support and expertise. Thank you, Amanda

Todd Lamkin has been a huge help with finding the right place for our Dad! He is very knowledgeable and caring, he seems to love helping people! I feel Todd was a godsend when I knew nothing about how to begin finding a good place for our Dad! When I had questions, he always had the right answers! Amanda Russo was instrumental & invaluable in helping our family navigate getting my elderly father who was displaced,lost his housing get placed in a beautiful Memory Care unit.
During a most difficult circumstance & not knowing where to turn for help & guidance, we were introduced to a real hero/a go getter. Amanda helped expedite the process of obtaining the needed legal documents, her relationships with care facilities, legal counsel as well as her knowledge of navigating “the system” literally saved us! I really appreciated the insight from Todd. I had a specific need for my mother and Todd helped in so many ways. He pinpointed specific facilities that met our needs, helped show me how to save some money and reduced the stress of the situation. After my first conversation with Todd I felt the weight of the decision lift from my shoulders. In my situation I had 48 hours to find a place and make a decision. Todd saved me a lot of hours and dollars had I taken this on alone.

Amanda Russo literally walked into my life at peak stress level and within minutes, calmed my nerves and had a plan. I was hiding from my father in a hospital hallway. I was beyond stressed about how to help him. He has dementia and was trying to leave AMA (which was the reason I was hiding). He was adamant that he was going home to his condo and I knew that was too dangerous. Amanda listened to me recount all of his issues and she calmly outlined what to do. From that moment on, everything has been manageable. I won’t say easy…because dementia is never easy. But I’ve been able to handle it with her help and guidance. I honestly can’t imagine how I could have handled this transition without her. CarePatrol is an incredible organization and they do more than help the one person at the center. They help everyone involved. Thank you to CarePatrol, but an even bigger thank you to Amanda!
