The wonderful support and guidance at this difficult time was priceless. We were given different options for care facilities, and educated about how the process works from beginning to end.Our Care Patrol agent was kind, caring and very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend the Care Patrol service to all and any who are trying to navigate assisted living/memory care for their loved one.

Marc was an understanding , caring individual. He returned calls very promptly. He asked appropriate questions about our situation and needs. He then arranged visitations Andreas there to support us . His follow up has been timely and shows his level of commitment to us

The friendly service from Marc. He lined up all of the tours of assisted living facilities for us. He was helpful in connecting me with other resources such as the veteran liaison to discuss VA pension requirements, where I could get an original of my Dad’s DD214, etc. Marc is a wonderful resource for pretty much everything available to seniors.

Marc was very professional and found the perfect place for my parents to reside. It was a more difficult task since we needed memory care for my dad and an independent unit for my mom.
