CarePatrol removed the stress of locating an assisted living facility for my mother. My attempt to locate a local facility on my own proved to be an impossible task that just added to my frustrations and stress of taking care of my mother in my home. They quickly assessed her needs and our needs and located a number of facilities for us to review. Their service was friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and full of additional contacts and networks to assist us make the best transition from home to assisted living for my mother.

I’m from Illinois and I flew down because my mom was just diagnosed with an aggressive cancer. She had been in and out of hospitals and rehab five times in less than a month.Gigi was calming, patient and able to redirect me while I was unfocussed due to the stress I was under. Such a great talent! Due to miscommunication between my mom's prior rehab and the hospital, she was essentially going to be homeless without full time nursing care. She helped to get my mom into a rehab that day and she was able to quickly set up tours of assisted living facilities. We ultimately chose one she recommended and my mom is happy there. Gigi was personable, kind, and VERY knowledgeable about the healthcare and assisted living system in Florida. It is different than Illinois and had no idea how everything worked.

Gigi was helpful each step of the way and we were able to transition my 100 year old mother to a different assisted living facility within two weeks. She was even able to get us a break on the community fee.

Gigi was a lifesaver in helping my dad get into his new assisted living center! No way possible I could have done it all on my own. 200% supportive from start to finish in helping identify places based on his specific health related needs and financial ability. Once we find a place, was able to help with the logistics in between rehab and assisted living to get him discharged in a timely manner. Will absolutely recommend Gigi with Care Patrol! She is truly compassionate and goes above and beyond with the help provided

CarePatrol is a life saver. When I suddenly needed help finding assisted living care for my dad, Gigi guided me through the process with great skill and compassion. As his needs increased, she helped me find another solution. I cannot thank her enough for helping me through this difficult time. He is now living at a lovely facility, made possible only by her work and support. I strongly recommend these services. I truly don't know what I would have done without them.

GiGi was of great help in what we would need to do to move my wife to hospice. GiGi gave a list of facilities to see and GiGi was with me when we visited them to answer any questions. Bob was great in giving me a complete breakdown on what was covered by Medicare. Everyone was a great help and returned calls if I had any questions.

I was referred to Alexis and Care Patrol of Melbourne by an Elder Care Lawyer. We were desperate to find my father an assisted living facility within our budget and distance. Alexis called me immediately. We set up a patient intake call the next day. She immediately went to work and within a day had a few options for us to look at. She met us at the facilities to guide us through the tour. She was an absolute God-send. My dad is now in a facility we are very happy with and one that is within our budget. I couldn't have done this without Alexis. She rocks!

I appreciated that in helping my friend find a suitable home, Gigi was professional and knowledgeable as well as extremely caring, patient, and kind. She went above and beyond to make sure my friend felt comfortable with her and displayed a genuine concern for her. Gigi is an extraordinary person who is very good at her job, and it was our lucky day when we met her!

Alexis is always professional! I work in the healthcare Assisted Living Field and Admissions. I also worked for CarePatrol a few years ago. I feel I am great at my job. But…when it came to my own family crisis I knew I needed help. Alexis spent countless hours with me anytime I needed her. The process was clear and concise. I needed the moral support that I was doing the most caring thing I could do for my Aunt. Alexis helped me with my 5 sisters who are out of state, and as we know family is messy when it comes to caring for our elders. They would not hear me but heard and respected Alexis loud and clear. Thank you Alexis for going above and beyond!

I got an immediate response when I initially called on a Friday, and someone came out the next day to do an evaluation of my mom . The situation was assessed, and within 3 days, we were touring memory care units for my mom and found one we both loved! My mom was placed within two weeks of meeting with CarePatrol. CarePatrol has also followed up to see how my mom is doing. Overall a great service and alleviated so much of my stress.

my husband was in Sea Pines Rehab Center from June 19-July 10 5 CarePatrol reached out to us to help find best facility closer to our home & type & wish t5o thhank ALL involoved. The staff was prompt to answer questions & guide us through our decisions. We have hit a couple of bumps along the way but due to my husband"s actions that led to him falling. But overall were happy with CarePatrol & would reccommend the company to others
