I appreciated that in helping my friend find a suitable home, Gigi was professional and knowledgeable as well as extremely caring, patient, and kind. She went above and beyond to make sure my friend felt comfortable with her and displayed a genuine concern for her. Gigi is an extraordinary person who is very good at her job, and it was our lucky day when we met her!

Alexis is always professional! I work in the healthcare Assisted Living Field and Admissions. I also worked for CarePatrol a few years ago. I feel I am great at my job. But…when it came to my own family crisis I knew I needed help. Alexis spent countless hours with me anytime I needed her. The process was clear and concise. I needed the moral support that I was doing the most caring thing I could do for my Aunt. Alexis helped me with my 5 sisters who are out of state, and as we know family is messy when it comes to caring for our elders. They would not hear me but heard and respected Alexis loud and clear. Thank you Alexis for going above and beyond!

My family absolutely loves Alexis! She rescued my mom in her time of need and help place my father right before his dementia got worse. It seems to be an ongoing battle and she has been a constant source of support for my mom. I am forever grateful for all her support.

I got an immediate response when I initially called on a Friday, and someone came out the next day to do an evaluation of my mom . The situation was assessed, and within 3 days, we were touring memory care units for my mom and found one we both loved! My mom was placed within two weeks of meeting with CarePatrol. CarePatrol has also followed up to see how my mom is doing. Overall a great service and alleviated so much of my stress.

my husband was in Sea Pines Rehab Center from June 19-July 10 5 CarePatrol reached out to us to help find best facility closer to our home & type & wish t5o thhank ALL involoved. The staff was prompt to answer questions & guide us through our decisions. We have hit a couple of bumps along the way but due to my husband"s actions that led to him falling. But overall were happy with CarePatrol & would reccommend the company to others

Alexis and Gigi were extremely helpful to our family while we were searching for an assisted living facility. They were knowledgeable about the facilities in the area and were available to take us on guided tours on short notice. In addition, they helped us understand the process of medicare and medicaid financing. I would highly recommend CarePatrol if you are looking for a facility in Florida.

Very helpful. I was visiting my Mom in rehab from out of state. I did not have much time to choose a place for Mom to move into after rehab. They walked me through everything I needed to know and met me at each place we toured. I was able to put a deposit down on a place before I left.

Care Patrol ? Who is that? I will tell you what and who they are! They are honest, patient, forgiving people that provide more value than you can possibly imagine. This is all you need to know!! 🌝 When a loved one is going through a transition late in their life it can be one of the most confusing, depressing and anxiety driven experience imaginable. Just call them and do exactly what they say. I am my family will be forever grateful. Keith C.

Amanda was wonderful! She showed us 2 different facilities to accommodate our mother's likes and needs. She was very knowledgeable on the process to help with Medicaid and provided us with additional resources.

CarePatrol of Melbourne made everything so easy for my family. We just had to answer a few questions saying what our dad needed. They worked with the rehab facility to know what level of care was needed, the next day we were viewing our options. One week later my dad was settled in his new place. CarePatrol of Melbourne was Awesome!
