Care Patrol ? Who is that? I will tell you what and who they are! They are honest, patient, forgiving people that provide more value than you can possibly imagine. This is all you need to know!! 🌝 When a loved one is going through a transition late in their life it can be one of the most confusing, depressing and anxiety driven experience imaginable. Amanda was wonderful! She showed us 2 different facilities to accommodate our mother's likes and needs. She was very knowledgeable on the process to help with Medicaid and provided us with additional resources.

CarePatrol of Melbourne made everything so easy for my family. We just had to answer a few questions saying what our dad needed. They worked with the rehab facility to know what level of care was needed, the next day we were viewing our options. One week later my dad was settled in his new place. CarePatrol of Melbourne was Awesome!

Alexis is kind, a good communicator, and truly cares about finding the right resources and community for her clients. She spent lots of time helping our family before we moved to the area, and then continued to assist us once we moved. I am so thankful for CarePatrol, and would definitely recommend them to anyone who is going through this season of needing to find care, and resources, for their aging parents.

I don’t know what I would have done without the assistance of Alexis at CarePatrol. I didn’t even know about the service they provided but it was fate that I did. I was looking for a place for Dad after he had a trying time medically and Alexis walked me through the dwindling options and my Dad couldn’t be happier now that he’s in his new assisted living home. I truly can’t say enough great things about how Alexis was able to leverage her knowledge of senior living options along with her relationships across the senior living community. Simply put, my Dad wouldn’t be living his best life now without her walking me through my options. Thank you CarePatrol!

The care, sensitivity, and sense of urgency to transition my mother to an assisted living facility with a short timeline was a welcomed surprise. Especially since my mother and I live thousands of miles apart. Alexis is a great listener and offered resources to help my particular situation move forward throughout a very stressful period.

Alexis was phenomenal from the start. Deciding on an Assisted living facility for your parent is not an easy task. With so many options to choose from, she explained the whole process to us and went on each tour with us to help figure out the best fit. She also gave us information about elder attorneys and healthcare providers to make this process easier to navigate. We are very grateful for her guidance and expertise during this difficult time and would highly recommend her if you have any ALF or Memory care needs for your loved ones.

Amanda was very personable and helpful. She made the appointment to visit the assisted living facility and the visit was very positive and informative. My 97 year old uncle was very comfortable with her and the staff we met.
