Bernie listened to my needs for my husband, knew what facilities seemed most appropriate and what, if any, special "offers" were available at that time. He met me for the tours and was particularly helpful by knowing the questions that should be asked and those that were very important to me. He called to check on things but did not become irritating. I am very grateful to him for his help.
