Lee was great from the moment we started looking for a place to move my mom. We reviewed a laundry list of specific criterion and on only the fourth visit a winner was found. What seemed insurmountable given the criterion was handled very well. Thank you, Lee and team!

While visiting different group homes I was happy to know Michelle knew all the right questions to ask and also how to explain something I didn't understand. I felt confident in making a decision since Michelle was there helping.

We are so thankful for CarePatrol of Mesa. With their help, we were able to explore our options for senior care and found the perfect place to meet our family member's needs.

I haven't used the service but it sounds ok.

They were a great help!!

CHRISTA IS PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. SHE LISTENED TO WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR ...FOR MY HUSBAND

They did all the foot work very quickly. And we're very professional and kind.

Found places I would not have been able to find via internet

Deb was very knowledgeable and friendly

Professionalism

They listened to my son’s needs and lined up 3 homes for us to tour. We were able to find a good fit.

Very compassionate, considerate, supportive, attentive and informative team! I could not believe the phone calls they made AND returned to me ! They really reached out to me when I was all alone and hurting and had no one else to turn to. They went over and beyond normal business duties. I feel blest to have come in contact with them. They become very personal friends. I felt like I’ve known them (especially Colleen) for a long time and could release my emotions to her. She’s an angel. She worked diligently for me and my husband. Unbelievable! I thank my God for CarePatrol! We need more people like them in this world—THANK YOU! Linda Belisle

Words can hardly express my gratitude for Anthony Black! He is such an advocate for my mother who needed to get out of an assisted care facility that is missing the 'care' portion of their title. My mom wanted a new place to live in California, close to where she used to live. Anthony knew that and it never was a bother to him when I required about places in Mesa, even though that was very low on her list of places to live. When the place in California fell apart at the last minute and I was in a scramble to find a new facility to call home, Anthony arrived in a red cape to save the day. We had to be out of the old facility by the end of the month (this was August 19th), Anthony arranged for several places to visit on the 20th. The first place he took to me, Sky Vista, was an immediate winner. I didn't need to see anywhere else. Except for being in California, it had everything my mom wanted - a good exercise program, a shuttle bus that could take her scooter, great activities, staff, and a roll-in shower. He had found the perfect home - and I mean home in the sense of family - for my mom. The love and care he showed was beyond expected. My mom visited on the following Tuesday, and we moved in on the Thursday. I live in Bermuda so I can't be there for my mom, having Care Patrol there gives me great peace of mind. If you are needing help, you can't go wrong in reaching out to Care Patrol of Mesa.
