I had a terrific experience with Care Patrol, due in large part to the hard work of Victoria and Carolyn. Communication is key in this business and they were on top of things and helped me stay on task. CP did a lot of the legwork, was able to access information not easily available to me, and helped to save a lot of time. Not only did they do all the scheduling, knew pertinent questions to ask, but were there in person to help advocate for my uncle. I would highly recommend Care Patrol and would use their help again without hesitation.

Victoria has on two occasions helped me identify an appropriate housing placement for my mom. She is a delight to work with, taking the time to understand our needs and thoughtfully presenting the best options. She eased the stress of the housing search and I have complete confidence in her assistance.

Victoria and Carolyn are very helpful.
Victoria:
. went out of her way to take me on tours of possible living situations for my Mom.
. during the tours, helped to ask questions that I hadn't thought of, or had forgotten to ask.
. explained in advance some issues, and answered some questions, that I would encounter later.
Carolyn coordinated the tours, and both Victoria and Carolyn followed up afterward.
Without Care Patrol of Metro Atlanta, I would not even have known about the nearby personal care home where my Mom is now. (And Mom is making friends and doing well.)

I appreciated the help that I received from Care Patrol. We are moving my mom from Charlotte to Atlanta and they were a big help in listening to the needs of my mom and my sister and I, and find a few places we could choose from. Ms. Carolyn and Ms. Victoria definitely made me feel heard and I’m very grateful for their support through my processes than you!

I contacted CarePatrol to help me find senior care for a good friend. The staff in the Atlanta office was terrific: very responsive and very professional. Within days, my friend and I had several care facilities to look at -- and we picked one that has proved to be a great solution. I would highly recommend CarePatrol and the Atlanta office when searching for senior care.

The owner, Victoria Archable, helped to make my search for a memory care community an easy one. She picked out three communities based upon my criteria. She is professional and knowledgeable. Her compassion soothed my anxiety. She followed up and followed through to ensure my the on-boarding process was successful. I highly recommend Care Patrol.

Very Patient & knowledgeable, they walked me through the process until I found the right new home to place my loved one. I never felt pressured and really valued all their input.
Would highly recommend to all that are in the same circumstance.

These folks are the real deal. Instead of just broadcasting my contact information to all the facilities they can find, they actually ask you first what are your wants and needs and then find the facilities that meet that list. They make the appointments for you and then go with you so you don't get overwhelmed. Then they follow up to make sure you have what you need. I cannot recommend these folks highly enough.

Victoria was wonderful at guiding me through a day of visiting long term care facilities. She asked all the right questions and was an amazing sounding board for my concerns She provided feedback that was extremely helpful. I felt like we were partners in choosing the best place for my mom. Highly recommend Care Patrol Atlanta. Knowledgeable, kind , insightful.
