I contacted CarePatrol to help me find senior care for a good friend. The staff in the Atlanta office was terrific: very responsive and very professional. Within days, my friend and I had several care facilities to look at -- and we picked one that has proved to be a great solution. I would highly recommend CarePatrol and the Atlanta office when searching for senior care.

The owner, Victoria Archable, helped to make my search for a memory care community an easy one. She picked out three communities based upon my criteria. She is professional and knowledgeable. Her compassion soothed my anxiety. She followed up and followed through to ensure my the on-boarding process was successful. I highly recommend Care Patrol.

Very Patient & knowledgeable, they walked me through the process until I found the right new home to place my loved one. I never felt pressured and really valued all their input. Would highly recommend to all that are in the same circumstance. I already have recommended to my co-worker, and she will be reaching out soon. These folks are the real deal. Instead of just broadcasting my contact information to all the facilities they can find, they actually ask you first what are your wants and needs and then find the facilities that meet that list. They make the appointments for you and then go with you so you don't get overwhelmed. Then they follow up to make sure you have what you need. I cannot recommend these folks highly enough.

Victoria was wonderful at guiding me through a day of visiting long term care facilities. Care patrol was great! We had to find an Assisted Living facility for my mother in a very short time frame. Care Patrol listened to what we needed and worked with us to find a place quickly. They were kind and attentive during the process. We would definitely work with Care Patrol in the future.

When my dad was in the hospital after experiencing a stroke, we knew that he needed to be closer to home and were recommended Victoria/ Care Patrol by the social workers at the hospital. Victoria took the time to listen to our concerns and restraints and made practical recommendations that my family could discuss. I really like that she didn’t try to “sell” us on something unattainable or make us feel helpless due to our limited budget. We ended up moving my dad into a senior living community that Victoria recommend and so far, so good. I probably wouldn’t have found this place without her help because the search can be endless.

She makes herself available to help the family through the process of locating an assisted living facility, and cares enough to follow-up after placement to be sure the transition is going well. She and her team are incredibly professional and I am grateful that I had their guidance through this challenging time of transition.
