It is hard to know what to do and who to turn to when a loved one needs help. When my my dad needed help, CarePatrol was there and helped me find the help we needed. Victoria was very knowledgeable and stayed in communication with me, the insurance company, and the health care facilities until we got my dad where he needed to be. Things were very stressful dealing with everything. I am glad CarePatrol was there to help.

The information that I received from CarePatrol was very helpful and very important to my situation. Victoria was very instrumental in getting me all the information I needed. Things that I didn't know or had a clue about, she assisted me in. If we had more people in the world like Victoria, the world would be a better place to live.

I called upon a friend who is with Metro Atlanta CarePatrol. It was for a friend in Florida who wants to move to the Atlanta area. Tami was able to help this person and her family find the right location for her move. They move is scheduled for July, so has no been completed yet, but they are very excited about the choice. Tami did a great job advising the family and locating a great location that fills the clients wishes and needs. Thank you,

The team at Care Patrol was patient, attentive, and quick to respond when we had to make a fast decision on an assisted living facility for our loved one. I had a terrific experience with Care Patrol, due in large part to the hard work of Victoria and Carolyn. Communication is key in this business and they were on top of things and helped me stay on task. CP did a lot of the legwork, was able to access information not easily available to me, and helped to save a lot of time. Not only did they do all the scheduling, knew pertinent questions to ask, but were there in person to help advocate for my uncle. I would highly recommend Care Patrol and would use their help again without hesitation.
