I appreciated the quick response soon after putting a request into my company’s Employee Assistance Program they said someone would contact me. In two days Rick from Care Patrol called me. We worked with Rick first and he referred us to Katie in Jackson county because originally my parents wanted to stay there. Katie was fabulous with communication and following up. She met with my parents and really put them at ease. Then my parents decided they wanted to be closer to where I live so Katie reached out to the Wayne county representative Greg to help us.

Thank you for sending this survey.. I cannot thank the care team enough for being so kind, helpful and professional. The team was so kind to my father. The 3 Ladies knew their stuff and they are what your title said it is the care patrol team. My dad was so happy to see all of them and trusted them so much. Sincere and honestly they really cared about him. They gave him hope and positive energy. I don't often fill these surveys out . I am honored to do this one. Please ask for Dawn's team. Wow it felt like family helping my dad. They healed him and made his day when they came. He made 3 new friends and is doing so much better. Thank you Ladies! 😊

Our family was looking into options to make our elderly parents' lives safer and easier. After calling several independent living complexes, we we given Kari's name and number to contact for assistance. The time and information she gave to our family was invaluable! She made a very daunting journey so much easier with the information she gave us. On our own we would still be trying to navigate through this whole process. We're very happy that our parents are now living in a safe environment. The community is so friendly and welcoming and we know that they will have the help they need. We would definitely recommend Kari and the service she provided to us!

Michael Mithen has been a huge help over the last few years in three moves for loved ones. These moves are often at times of stress for the family and for the one being moved and he has helped make the process so much easier. On the most recent move he helped us with, I messaged him in the evening and by mid morning the next day we had two tours set up for the same day. What a blessing!

Kari West is the best!! She goes above and beyond!! I moved my mother to independent living 3 years ago and then to an adult foster home just this past week. Kari has made both difficult moves go as smoothly as possible. She gathered all the information we needed about each house and living facility we visited. Kari guided my family through an incredibly emotional time in my life and my mother's life. Even after each move, Kari continues to check in to ensure we are happy with the placement and ensure everyone is safe and happy. I highly recommend CarePatrol to anyone. Ask for Kari West. Trust me you will not be disappointed!!

Moving my mother out of her apartment to a senior care facility was hard for us and her. Kari West of CarePatrol made it so much easier by vetting out places in our area with our preferences - She met us and toured the places and made this process seamless- I really had no idea what to do and her advice and knowledge was amazing! My mom is very happy where she is now and getting excellent care, I would recommend CarePatrol to anyone trying to navigate this process!
