Worked with Rob and he was great with suggestions, good insight on different locations, accompanied to numerous tours and great follow up with progress of placement. I would highly recommend Care Patrol to others and will use in future if I need to change my mother’s assisted living situation.

We were referred to CarePatrol Mid Peninsula by their affiliate Care Patrol in Fremont - we were moving our relative from east bay to the peninsula. Great cooperation among CarePatrol franchises! Rob on the Mid Peninsula was terrific to work with! Very knowledgeable about elder living in the area. Carefully talked us through the needs of our elderly relative and then located four good alternatives to visit. The four were all good choices with different levels of care for us to compare. We settled on a nicer assisted living facility and Rob had great advice on how to manage the transition. We were thoroughly impressed with Rob's level of concern and knowledge!

I think Rob did a great job finding good places with availability and following up with the process even when I wasn't there. It's a great service.
