Susan is one of the most knowledgeable professionals I've worked with in years. We met at a time when I needed expertise and guidance to help with my parents. I had no idea how much more value she would add to the process. She went above and beyond finding a place and has become a trusted friend. I would recommend her to anyone involved in elder care.

Our experience with CarePatrol and Susan Nichols was just outstanding. Susan was present and supportive, a great listener who really tried to figure out what facility would be the best match for us. She went with us to tour places, she helped ask questions we didn't know to ask, and she was very responsive and communicative. We felt lucky to have her help!!

Our Care Patrol representative, Susan, was so helpful navigating us through the process of identifying communities and setting up visits for our parents. She provided valuable insight and helped us evaluate the needs of our parents and how each community met (or didn’t meet) these needs. Susan was so kind and caring. I can’t imagine trying to figure all this out without her expertise and assistance. She was a wonderful resource and helped us think through things we very likely would not have considered when making this monumental decision.

Having someone with expertise and knowledge about laws governing the various levels of housing, price structures, availability and client feedback is an enormous help in the decision making process around life changes that aren’t always easy. We are very grateful for the personal attention to detail, for a recognition of the emotional components of all considerations and the positive, but realistic, approach to a new home! We can’t imagine approaching such important lifestyle decisions without professional assistance that makes the process far easier and far more accurate in information and expectations! A gift.

Eric Miller is simply the best. He is very competent, and he is very compassionate. Eric has worked tirelessly on behalf of my dad (and me, as I represent the interests of my dad) over the past few years, as my dad's declining health has required assisted living and memory care accommodations. I am deeply grateful to Eric for his invaluable assistance during a difficult phase of my dad's life.

Susan Nichols is an AMAZING guide through the maze of communities that support individuals as they age. She knows all of the features of all of the facilities in Middle Tennessee, and she shares this knowledge with families as they make difficult decisions about their loved one's placement. It meant a lot that Susan visited each community with us and supplied information to supplement what we heard from the community administrators. I can't sing the praises of CarePatrol loudly enough!
