Sara at CarePatrol of Middle Tennessee was instrumental in helping me find the right memory care facility for my father. What impressed me most was that she took the time to understand not only my father’s needs, but also my needs as his primary caregiver. She recognized the urgency of our situation and moved quickly to identify appropriate options, guide us through the process, and facilitate a rapid transition. Throughout the experience, Sara was generous with her time, highly responsive, and genuinely invested in achieving a positive outcome for our family. Rather than simply providing a list of facilities, she served as a trusted advisor and advocate. Her compassion, professionalism, and commitment to helping families navigate a difficult transition made an enormous difference during a challenging time.

Sherry was very easy to communicate with. She really listened to my concerns and found an appropriate place for my brother. She facilitated the communication with the memory care home. Sherry also followed up after my brother was living at the facility.

What we most appreciated about working with Sara was how quickly and compassionately she stepped in during a very stressful time for our family. My dad had been unexpectedly hospitalized and was unable to return to his previous memory care facility, so we were in crisis mode trying to find a safe and appropriate new place for him. Sara was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. She immediately jumped into action and helped us find a new facility within just a couple of days. Beyond the speed of her work, what meant the most was the time she spent with us throughout the process. She joined us on tours, talked with us before and after each visit, listened carefully, and truly took the time to understand what my dad and our family needed. She made an overwhelming situation feel manageable, and we are so grateful for her guidance and support. Sara was incredible, and we cannot recommend her highly enough.

Sherri is absolutely a blessing. She was very patient and provided immediate support and guidance and information. When issues came up and there were many, she was there to provide the information I needed to successfully handle the problem. CarePatrol was an invaluable resource during one of the hardest chapters for my family. I’m deeply grateful for the guidance, patience, and steady support. . Sherri patiently and clearly explained why assisted living was the right next step for my parents - with compassion, experience, and deep understanding of aging and safety. She helped me see what I already sensed but was struggling to execute. She gave me the confidence to move forward. I cannot say enough good things about this service. It was a lifesaver for us.

This was the second time we used Care Patrol (and we continue to rely on their help) to navigate my mother’s unexpected decline after a fall. They were very helpful in thinking about where and who would be best to support my mom and me. They helped find an Assisted Living (AL) home that would fit best for my mom (e.g., location, vibe, activities, etc.) as well as think thru different ways to support all the logistics associated with moving to AL.

Sherri Coates was incredibly attentive, taking the time to listen to all our needs and concerns. She personally accompanied me on tours of several facilities, providing valuable insights and complementing the information shared by each community’s representative. Thanks to her guidance, we had all the information we needed to make a confident, informed decision. Sherri with CarePatrol has great knowledge of the differences in the various senior living options and is very helpful in arranging visits and helping those in need through the decision-making process. Finding the right memory care facility for your spouse is a process you will go through perhaps once in your life. Get a "coach" who has done this many, many times.
