Eric has been nothing short of a blessing to our family! Not only did he do all the touring and filling in with our unthought of questions at the facilities, but also takes time to really be invested in our family needs outside of finding our community. Eric connected me with resources for my own mental wellbeing (support group) and introduced me a few other resources that could help me fill my own cup so I can pour into others. He goes above and beyond to help me! Our first rodeo with another agency was nothing personable like this one. Eric took a long time with me to fully understand my mom’s struggles to actually recommend visiting facilities that would be more apt to fit her needs. My mom is placed and actually smiled for the first time in a couple of months after a few days at her new place. I honestly can’t have enough great things to advise about Eric! A real gem to this agency and a heart for the work he does. Honored to have been referred to him!

Eric was awesome in helping me quickly find a senior living community for my father. His knowledge and insight was invaluable throughout the process. Since these types of decisions are emotionally difficult and stressful, the service that Eric and CarePatrol provided were much appreciated.

Our mom was in dire need of 24 hour care. We were lost, had no clue what to do or where to turn. I ran into an old friend and she told me about Care Patrol. It was literally a life saver. Sherri, Sara, and Eric were incredible. They understood the stress level we were feeling as a family and clearly cared about us, and they went out of their way to find the perfect spot for our mama. I loved the focus that I felt the representative gave our family and situation. We felt that she kept organized on the appropriate details and also helped us get the main things we needed in a facility.

Sherri was extremely helpful in our process of finding my father an assisted living facility. She really helped answer all of our questions and provided valuable insight into the industry that we really knew nothing about. She helped us find options in our budget and was available to discuss our pros and cons list. We really appreciate everything she has done so far for our family.
