Tiffany listened to everything I was looking for in an assisted living place. She followed up afterwards as well, making sure I was still happy with my decision. Alot of the homework was taken out of the equation for me which meant less stress!

I couldn’t have done this without Tiffani! She guided, supported, and directed me into the right location for my dad. I had 7 days to find and move my dad into a facility and Tiffani was on top of it! She listened to what my bads needs were and found the perfect fit for him. She was there from the start until move in day and all the days in between! Thank you so much for everything you did for us during this very difficult period!

I’m so grateful to my advocate at CarePatrol. She helped me through a difficult time with my aging parents. She was my guide through the whole process from selecting facilities to tour, going on tours with me, and finalizing our selection. My experience involved both parents and touring many places because their needs kept changing. I was overwhelmed at times and my advocate was there to help me every step of the way. I don’t think I would have made it through without her help

Susy at CarePatrol was an absolute blessing for us. She helped my best friend Peggy find her new home and the lifestyle she’ll be entering, and she did it with so much kindness, patience, and genuine care. She explained every step of the process in a way we could fully understand, especially since we had no idea what “independent living” even meant before meeting her. In 1 phone call I felt like I was given a life line to people who wouldn’t let me drown. I thought Tiffani and Suzy were both friendly, kind and easy to work with. They listened and know what I needed to make this move with my mom. I got good information and was pleased when visiting facilities that they asked questions I was not even thinking about, . Care patrol has taken good care of my family! Care Patrol in Nashville found a great facility for my mom and when moving to Texas I knew who to call!
