I thought Tiffani and Suzy were both friendly, kind and easy to work with. They listened and know what I needed to make this move with my mom. I got good information and was pleased when visiting facilities that they asked questions I was not even thinking about, . Care patrol has taken good care of my family! Care Patrol in Nashville found a great facility for my mom and when moving to Texas I knew who to call!

I loved that I could call Tiffini for a second transition. I needed to move my mom from Assisted Living to Memory Care. I needed her assistance again and she was so quick to understand and help me immediately. Mission accomplished! We are in a new community and super pleased!! It feels good!

The connection with Care Patrol was very helpful. They heard what our needs were for my mom and Tiffani immediately thought of the perfect place. She met us out there for a tour and we were getting my mom settled there a week later! If it wasn’t for Care Patrol we wouldn’t have known about this wonderful possibility.

I was in a turmoil. I needed to find a memory care for my 93 yr old mother in Austin and I lived in the Dallas area. I contacted Care Patrol in Austin as I was familiar with the one in Denton. Tiffini put together visits at a day notice as I would be in Austin the next day. She was very helpful in giving information about each place, took notes about my questions so I didn't have to remember the questions I had at every place. She helped me find a great place for my mother that had an opening for her. Tiffini also recommended a moving company that specializes in helping move seniors, and being out of town, they were answered prayer. i would highly recommend anyone with any help for finding a place, or any help with senior care to contact Care Patrol.

I did not know what to expect when I was referred to Tiffani Herrington. I could not have done all of the research to find a place for my husband. Tiffani has a wonderful personality and has the understanding for those of us going through a very difficult situation. Whenever I had a question, she was always there to answer me. Even after my husband was transferred to the Platinum Resort she followed up on how things were going. Care Patrol is very fortunate to have Tiffani as an advisor.

Tiffani was absolutely fantastic! We ran into an emergency situation on a Sunday and Tiffani helped us by showing us community options and providing resources. Her continued support over the following weeks was much appreciated. Her compassion and knowledge were a Godsend.
