Tiffani at care patrol is the best. She is so kind and really a wealth of knowledge about the process of helping the elderly. I would not have made it through the teapot helping my parents without her. I am so happy with my experience with Shelley! My parents were both in need of assisted living, and it is very overwhelming knowing where to start. Shelley took all the guess work out of it and made this process so smooth. She is so sweet and caring. She knows all the things! Shelley found them the perfect place and referred us to other amazing resources that I did not know existed! 10/10 would highly recommend!

Tiffani was there for the different stages of my dad’s needs helping us find great in-home caregivers. Then again, several months later she found and toured memory care facilities with us asking the questions we didn’t always know to ask. She was familiar with the various facilities and people and the kind of care they offered to suit my dad’s needs. He’s in a memory care facility now, and safer and happier than he was. We know he’s eating and getting more of the interactions we couldn’t provide during our work schedules.

They listened to very specific needs that we had when our loved one had rapidly changing needs, a fall, hospitalization, dementia, and heart issues. We needed night sitters, they found us a group that could provide them. We needed a specific kind of assisted living, they found us the perfect spot. We needed help deciding between home health and hospice, they gave us referrals to help us. We needed help navigating long term care insurance, they got us started. They had many contacts and networked well through all the institutions we needed to deal with. They listened, were kind, understood family dynamics and tried their best to meet the needs we presented.
