CarePatrol was the help I didn't know existed but that I so needed. I called Lacie last minute and she was so quick to get additional visits set up for me, answer all my questions and even accompanied on the visits. She asked questions I didn't know to ask and helped me find the best fit for me and my family. Highly recommend!

Tiffani was very helpful in identifying memory care facilities that would fit our family's needs. She was empathetic and seemed to generally care about finding the best place for my father. My mother and sister said she was very kind and helpful on the facility tours and she worked diligently to expedite getting my dad out of the hospital as they were unable to care for him properly. She coordinated with all of the stakeholders, had clear lines of communication, and dad was moved to the new facility within 3 days of us telling her which place we chose. A+ service. Thanks so much for making a difficult time extremely easy.

Tiffani was more than amazing! She listened and assessed our needs for my Dad, then found the correct level of care required. Several choices were given, but her suggestion of Autumn Leaves was the perfect fit. The timeline was more than efficient. Tiffani worked with the care facility for a seamless transition from rehab to Dad’s new home. We are very grateful for her help and support during this life change.

Eternally grateful for the help Cassie provided when it came to finding a place for my grandfather. He was not an easy case, as he has several needs that need to be met. With her help we found the perfect Assisted Living facility. Having kids at home and a full time job, it was so nice to have someone do all the research.
