That Caressa was truly caring but also honest and took time to get to know our family, situation, and parent needing care in order to help us find the right fit. When the first choice didn't work out, Caressa put in so much effort to help us get issues resolved and find dad's current home, which he loves. It's such a good feeling!

Caressa @ Care Patrol helped me find a place for my loved one. She is great. She came up with lots of options and also helped me deal with former facility. This isn't the first time that Caressa helped me. I am grateful for her and Care Patrol.

From the very first day I was referred to CarePatrol I was impressed with the caring and professionalism of CarePatrol's "Caressa Mulea" in Ocala. She offered hope and assurance that she would be able to find the perfect place for my Father-in-Law and she did in less than a week's time which was so very appreciated as we had about given up hope of finding a home for him as we had been turned down by a couple of places that did not feel they could provide the sufficient care he needed due to his Dementia. She even recently visited him to check on him and to let us know how he's doing in his new home as we were advised to wait a few weeks before visiting him to allow his adjustment in his new environment. He seems to be thriving which is such a blessing. My Husband and & I cannot thank Caressa enough for her help and thoughtfulness. CarePatrol definitely has a Star in their employment with Caressa and she deserves all the praise we can give her in helping us and our Dad. Our Sincere Thanks, Cathy & Shep Shepard.

I really appreciate how a memory care facility was found for my sister. Being out of state, I was at a loss as to how to find an appropriate facility for her. Then CarePatrol contacted me. I did not know what CarePatrol was, so, I was hesitant to respond. I am glad that I did eventually make contact. My sister seems very content with the placement. I am very happy with the communication that I've had with the facility, which I feel is an important aspect of placement. Thank you for your help. It is very much appreciated.

Caressa Mulea was amazing! She went right to work when I reached out to her. Based on her recommendations I was able to find the perfect place for my mother! She was moved in it less that 1 week and enjoying her new home. Thank-you to everyone involved along the way, [NAME REMOVED]

Care Patrol was extremely helpful with information and placement of my husband in a Memory Facility. They did all of the work right up to the end and then checked on me after that. Very loving and supportive staff. Cared about me and my husbands wishes the whole time. ❤️

Where do I start? From the very beginning, Care Patrol has helped me even when I didn't realize I needed help. They helped me to find the necessary resources and even went as far as to check on my loved ones to make sure they were safe and cared for. The most important part of my relationship with the Care Patrol is that they helped me to ensure my loved one was in the right place when she was near the end of her journey. She didn't needlessly suffer, and neither did I. Care Patrol is a blessing that I will cherish. Thank you for everything you have done.

Absolutely EVERYTHING! Lisa and Caressa were amazing!!! I was lost and inexperienced in the assisted living arena. Being my first experience and looking for my favorite person in the world (my mom)- I knew I needed help. They scheduled several tours for me to help make my decision. They felt more like my mom’s advocate and family while touring with me. They asked questions on my mom’s behalf that I didn’t even think of. At times, they were my voice of reason when I struggled making a decision. They gave personal input and I valued that. My mom is now in a wonderful facility and I owe much of that to the ladies at Care Patrol. What a blessing! And I highly recommend them!!!
