We had a wonderful experience with Ryan several years ago, so when our family found ourselves in a similar situation again it was an obvious choice to contact CarePatrol. This time we worked with Leah, and she was just as great. It was clear that she really listened to us and then suggested facilities that matched the needs we had expressed. Working with CarePatrol makes the whole process of finding the right place for a loved one to live easier and less stressful. I would recommend them to anyone.

She took the time to listen to my concerns and preferences, providing personalized recommendations that truly matched my Mother-in-laws needs. Amy was knowledgeable about various facilities in the area, and they even arranged tours for us, which was invaluable. Her compassion and dedication made a significant difference during this emotional time. Ashley was very helpful and understanding. We were under a time crunch. She talked to me about my mom and what she needed, she listened and was very understanding. She got me in to tour The Inn at Ashland Woods and handled the paperwork with the hospital to get mom placed. She made a very stressful situation much easier to handle. I highly recommend her. Not only did Angela & Brad contact me immediately, they were in motion just as fast. We were thrown into a world we knew nothing about & Brad helped us best navigate & narrow our choices down to best suit our needs. The relationships that the team have in the community are very special & that translates into fast fast action for placement. We could not even fathom vetting all of the possible choices that existed for dad, not only skilled nursing/rehab, but also assisted living. Brad even checked in on dad while at his facility without being asked to, out of the kindness in his heart. Brad was extremely available for questions & concerns and we never waited long for a response from him. This special service has been a Godsend for our family & we are very grateful that the CarePatrol team exists!

Amy helped us through some very challenging situations with our loved one. She helped us with questions/problems at the skilled nursing facility and with the transition of moving her into assisted living.
