Lindsay Adams was so caring and took the time to explain all of our options. She set up multiple visits to AL communities and went on the visits with us. She was there to ask all of the right questions. This was our first time looking for an AL community for my in laws and Lindsay made it so much less stressful on us. I worked with Amy Herrick and CarePatrol to find a new place for my father. She was very professional, caring, and so helpful. She guided me and supported my father through the whole transition. She even picked my dad up for a tour then went through the McDonald’s drive-thru for him afterwards. So thoughtful! She went above and beyond, and I am so grateful for her partnership on this journey. My dad is so happy with his new residence. Amy helped us find the perfect place for him! Thank you!!

Everything that could possibly be needed you had it right on and Kate Brann is a superstar and a godsend. We would've never been able to come even close to getting everything done in the short period of time we had and are almost done and can't be more happier with Kate and the Care Patrol. Perfect name for sure.

Kate was there every step of the way trying to find the right memory care community for my wife. She did all of this in a matter of a few days. Kate Brann, my agent, is a kind, warm, vivacious person, someone who immediately put me at ease with moving to a new home for the first time in many years. She accurately identified my needs, and yes, my hopes and dreams in a new home. Then she found it! Maybe it happened quickly because she knows the people, communities, and resources where we looked. Amy Herrick listened to what we were saying we needed, and did her best to follow through on those needs. We used her services for our mother and were satisfied. That’s why we went vack to her. She does great work and cares about her customers.
