When we started this process, we had no idea how to approach it. Markey listened to us and our parents when we discussed needs and wants. She arranged appointments to view 3 facilities on the same day. We felt like she wanted to help us pick the right place. When we needed a reference for movers, Markey quickly sent us a recommendation. The entire experience went very smoothly. We would recommend this service to others.

They were very quick in researching my wife's needs at the stage of Alzheimer's disease to which it had progressed and finding options for me. She was placed in a secure memory care home that a CarePatrol member helped me find within a day. Caretaking during the past eighteen months had stressed me more than wartime. I was feeling adrift in the misery of Alzheimer's and had no clue where to turn for the help my wife so completely needs, not how to help myself. CarePatrol's effort on our behalf has been a priceless gift of kindness and grace. I'm not religious but I know both of them when they meet me. Thank y'all from the bottom of my heart. Our consultant Kate was a gem! She was kind and compassionate, listened well and helped us find several good options. She accompanied us on a tour and helped both ask and answer questions. Amy was great in walking us through the process of getting a list of assisted living facilities that met our criteria, setting up tours very quickly and answering any questions we had. Within a month my mother had chosen an unit and we got her moved in. Amy was great to work with and she made this process as easy as it could be.

Amy Herrick is PHENOMINAL! She listens with integrity and honestly. While touring she is an advocate for the client, while no persuading any direction. Her dedication to do what is best, shows that she really cares. She has placed both parents for me and I am so appreciative of her time and energy. She is responsive and even on the weekend, providing options so I could make an intelligent decision! I would recommend her to anyone!
