I would recommend CarePatrol because they do all the leg work and screening of facilities for you. You don't have to deal with the individual facilities yourself. Markie in particular was very caring, asking about our needs and wants to find the best living situations for us. She was always patient and always had time for us and our questions. This is a very stressful time of life, and CarePatrol made the whole experience easier.

Our experience with CarePatrol was absolutely awesome. Amy was great and connected us with a facility for our family member that he is able to afford. I would recommend CarePatrol over any of the other companies that claim they can find a place for your family member, (I’m still waiting for a call back from a company that I called and left multiple messages). I feel that CarePatrol follows through their commitment.

We had not heard of Care Patrol, and were put in touch with them through a nurse at the UC Health Hospital in Greeley, CO. My mother had fallen and was in the hospital. We all agreed it was time for her to move to assisted living. Kate B. with Care Patrol was amazing, quickly setting up appointments for my wife and me to tour several senior facilities in Ft. Collins and Greeley. She was very responsive to our needs and very knowledgeable about the various facilities we visited. Her advice and expertise were indispensable. I would recommend Care Patrol most highly to anyone seeking care for an elderly family member.

Markie did a great job. We started our journey before the holidays and were thinking we had months. Things changed and we needed to find something soon. Markie was in contact during the holidays and got us in contact with a great place. All done over the phone. She came bye with flowers for my Mom on Move-in day and we finally met in person. She helped me break away for a moment. Markie is Wonderful
