Care Patrol is aptly named. They cared and cared a lot. Listening, a dying art, was their number one priority and that was paramount to there overall assistance.

Finding a care center for a loved one is difficult. With few exceptions, when you visit a center, you get almost identical info. You can move a loved one, but that is another set of pain and confusion you don't want to face. It is really helpful to have CarePatrol give you guidance. Some of it is that they have observed different centers many times and get a reliable view of who does it well and who doesn't. They also have frequent contact with centers and know when a center have an opening.

I would recommend CarePatrol because they do all the leg work and screening of facilities for you. You don't have to deal with the individual facilities yourself. Markie in particular was very caring, asking about our needs and wants to find the best living situations for us. She was always patient and always had time for us and our questions. This is a very stressful time of life, and CarePatrol made the whole experience easier.
