Kate Brann, my agent, is a kind, warm, vivacious person, someone who immediately put me at ease with moving to a new home for the first time in many years. She accurately identified my needs, and yes, my hopes and dreams in a new home. Then she found it! Maybe it happened quickly because she knows the people, communities, and resources where we looked. When we started this process, we had no idea how to approach it. Markey listened to us and our parents when we discussed needs and wants. She arranged appointments to view 3 facilities on the same day. We felt like she wanted to help us pick the right place.
