Theresa helped guide my family through the daunting process of finding an appropriate assisted living fit for my mother. She was patient, knowledgeable, and provided valuable insight and feedback throughout the whole process. This transition is stressful as it is, but having Theresa help guide us and provide an additional perspective and "insider" industry knowledge was so helpful and made it so much easier. Additionally the other recommendations that CarePatrol offered for other providers (mobility devices, moving company options, etc) made everything so much simpler. Thank you, Theresa, and CarePatrol!

Care patrol was wonderful. We had no idea on how to get started on solving our problem. Jenny was very knowledgeable and sympathetic at what we were facing. She was a great help and a very pleasant and understanding of our situation. She arranged for the visit to several assisted living facilities that fitted our needs financially and physically. She was very experienced with each facility and the visits were very informative. Would highly recommend Care Patrol to anybody needing assistance with a loved one needing to transition into assisted living. They were wonderful to work with, they get my highest recommendation.

Tammy with Care Patrol was a very valuable resource in helping to find an assisted living for my husband. She had great suggestions and delved into the personality of my husband to find a facility that matched his social personna. She knew the area and what was available. She also helped with the paperwork for the transition of rehab to assisted living. I would recommend Care Patrol to help get a difficult job done with caring guidance.

The personal care and handling that we received from Jenny Higgins was above and beyond. We had some special needs for short term respite care, and Jenny narrowed it dow to the perfect place for us. She also went above and beyopnd in helping to move our wheelchair and walker around to accompish the transiiopn to Wickshire.

Jenny was very knowledgeable with helping us choose a place for my parents. She was always available when I needed to talk to her. She was great in helping me choose the right place for my parents. She continued to tour places with us until we felt we found the perfect match. I am very confident we found the perfect place . When we started the process, I had no idea how to start. Jenny was great at putting my mind at ease.
