Teresa at Care Patrol is amazing! She helped us during a super difficult time after my mom had a fall and ended up in the hospital and a rehab facility. We contacted Care Patrol to help us find an assisted care/memory care community for my mom. Teresa helped us understand what to look for, set appointments with multiple facilities and even went with us on the tours. Her advice and assistance was vital in our decision process. Care Patrol and Teresa are true angels and they were there for us through the entire process.

Moving a loved one from out of state to Georgia is a multi-layered process and I rely on these guys to help me figure out what to do. They are responsive, invested in a good outcome and offer their services free. They have many contacts related to living facilities and I have found that helpful. I would recommend to anyone trying to navigate this difficult and costly situation to reach out to them.

Theresa helped guide my family through the daunting process of finding an appropriate assisted living fit for my mother. She was patient, knowledgeable, and provided valuable insight and feedback throughout the whole process. This transition is stressful as it is, but having Theresa help guide us and provide an additional perspective and "insider" industry knowledge was so helpful and made it so much easier. Additionally the other recommendations that CarePatrol offered for other providers (mobility devices, moving company options, etc) made everything so much simpler. Thank you, Theresa, and CarePatrol!

Care patrol was wonderful. We had no idea on how to get started on solving our problem. Jenny was very knowledgeable and sympathetic at what we were facing. She was a great help and a very pleasant and understanding of our situation. She arranged for the visit to several assisted living facilities that fitted our needs financially and physically. She was very experienced with each facility and the visits were very informative. Would highly recommend Care Patrol to anybody needing assistance with a loved one needing to transition into assisted living. They were wonderful to work with, they get my highest recommendation.

She had great suggestions and delved into the personality of my husband to find a facility that matched his social personna. She knew the area and what was available. She also helped with the paperwork for the transition of rehab to assisted living. I would recommend Care Patrol to help get a difficult job done with caring guidance.
