Jennifer was such a great resource for me and my mother in our search for a senior community. Jennifer asked us so many great questions to get to know my mother and her needs and wants. She provided an abundance of information on communities to help match my mother to a community. Jennifer went on tours with us and gave us honest feedback. I wish I had known about CarePatrol 10 years ago when we started down this road with my mother. We have now moved my mother into the community of her choice, and she is absolutely LOVING it!!! Thank you, Jennifer and CarePatrol for helping us.

Compassionate supportive people helping me make difficult decisions Plus giving me time to make home care decisions once my husband was home from hospital Jennifer has given me options to consider for long term care In the meantime I’m very happy with the help provided by Well Care at Home

Jennifer helped me with questions l wouldn't have thought to ask. She did the work to find me homes that would meet my criteria. She went to the homes with us and researched any additional questions we had after the visit.

I had the good fortune to work with Kaelyn when trying to find the right Assisted Living facility. She was very responsive and even gave me background information on a couple of places that she had not recommended. She answered all of my questions - or got back to me quickly when she had to investigate. The facility we selected is perfect! We could not have found it so quickly and with so much confidence without Kaelyn and the CarePatrol. This is an excellent organization that has their clients as their main concern!

Jennifer was an immense help during our search for an Assisted Living apartment for my Mom. The prospect of find a place, doing the research, and scheduling visits was very overwhelming. Jennifer and CarePatrol made it so easy. She provided very organized and thorough information about each option making it easy to compare them. She took care of scheduling our visits and joined us on each tour. Her insight and guidance were indispensable to us. Jennifer is a great communicator, caring, and helpful. I would highly recommend leveraging CarePatrol for anyone looking for living assistance for their loved ones.
