Gauri Kapur is great! Very understanding of our needs and concerns, and with the fluidity of our situation that changes at a very short notice. She showed empathy on how stressful and emotional in what we're experiencing with our parents and what they're going through.
We've already referred her to other in the similar situation.

I can't use enough superlatives to say how wonderful Gauri has been. She is an amazing resource and a compassionate listenor. Gauri generously and repeatedly went the extra mile. Indeed I can truly say we could not have navigated our way without her. Thanks to a wonderful lady who put the "Care" in Care Patrol.

Stephanie was recommended to me to help me find a place for my father. We looked at several homes and based on my father’s needs we found a perfect “Home” for him. She took the time to take me and my sister to different areas, worked and was available for any questions that arose in any uncertainty we may have been feeling. She didn’t push us in anyway but was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would wholeheartedly recommend Stephanie and Annie

Gauri Kapur of Care Patrol is an absolute MIRACLE WORKER!!!! She is unbelievably dedicated to helping families & does her utmost to make sure excellent care is found no matter the difficult medical circumstances or time constraints.
She literally saved my family's sanity.
Gauri spent endless hours on the phone with hospitals and caregivers working tirelessly securing transport, scheduling release and making sure the transition from hospital to Board & Care for our severely disabled family member was in place. We were backed against the corner with last-minute situations to handle, and there was absolutely NO WAY we could've coordinated any of this without her help.
On top of her amazing dedication to being of service to others, Gauri is incredibly kind, patient & supportive. She is literally an angel here on earth, and I simply cannot speak highly enough of her or how impressed I am with Care Patrol.

Our father had a seizure 3 days before Christmas and was in the hospital for a week. During his care, our family found out he had terminal cancer and had 3-6 months left to live. We were shocked because our father had always been healthy and had no previous symptoms of being ill. The hospital was discharging my father as in hospice status and we were forced to find appropriate care for him. The stress was incredible until I received a call from Gauri a representative from Care Patrol. I instantly felt Gauri’s kind disposition and caring approach. I knew Gauri could be trusted that she was genuinely trying to help our family and ease the stress of a difficult situation. We met Gauri at a facility for the first time and she was as kind, warm and empathetic as she displayed on the phone. She was very intelligent and explained the processes and how she would help my family find excellent hospice care for my father. We knew Gauri was going to help us and she did just that. We toured hospice facilities and found the perfect place for our father. The overwhelming stress we were feeling had eased after we knew our father would be in wonderful care. Gauri is unlike any medical professional I have ever met. She is an “angel” and we really appreciate her kindness, caring, empathetic and professional services from CarePatrol. Gauri has personally kept in touch for updates on our father’s condition. She has even visited himat the facility and gave him a nice new warm blanket as a thoughtful gift. This kind of care could only come from a person like Gauri who like i previously stated is an “angel”. CarePatrol is very lucky to have Gauri representing their company brand. I have already recommended Gauri to others who may find themselves in the same urgent situation as our family. Thank you Gauri. We truly appreciate everything you have done for our father and family. I hope you know by what I have expressed in this review, how much impact you had on our family. Because of you and the excellent care he is now receiving, our father will be able to pass away with dignity and peace.

Gauri did a great job finding a board and care for my mother! She followed my guidelines regarding location and budget, and she quickly located 3 facilities that matched my guidelines. Since I live too far away to visit the facilities, she provided an online tour of each one, and answered by questions. After I selected a facility, she provided support throughout the transfer from my mother's previous facility to her new one. I really appreciate her time and efforts in helping make this transition a smooth one.

Gauri Kapur of PawPatrol, has compassion, patience, dependability, sensitivity to deadlines and knowledge of senior care options. She asks the right questions to better understand, not only the needs, but the personality of the person she’s trying to place. She has been a godsend. When you’re trying to place a senior loved one in an appropriate care format, it can be a heartbreaking and you can be full of doubt. You feel the complete weight of your selection responsibility.
Gauri has what I saw as a wonderful advantage. Once a loved one is placed in the chosen care facility, with your permission and when situation appropriate, Gauri will drop in and visit. To me, I felt CarePatrol, made sure the person they helped place is comfortable and receiving good care. She is also making sure the host facility is fulfilling their commitments. All of this, makes CarePatrol knowledgeable in helping their future clients, and making the care facilities feel accountable.
Gauri only took me to tour facilities that are most likely to work well. She attempts to show places within a budget range, when reasonable, that still fulfilled the requirements. Working with Guari is very comfortable and reassuring. It is so easy to recommend her.

Guari was a blessing from God. She helped me tour a few Board and Cares that I would not be able to find via Google or Yelp. She was incredibly patient, empathetic, compassionate, and someone I would even want to become life time friends with.
She takes her job seriously and goes above and beyond what she is expected to do. She is also very knowledgeable about different aspects of long term care and hospice. She takes the time to research that which she does not know. She genuinely cares for patients and their families. I was incredibly blessed to have connected with her .
