I was very impressed from the very beginning the prompt response I received when I called and left a message with care patrol. Eric Sailor couldn’t have been more helpful! He put many concerns that I had to rest and was there to answer any questions every step of the way. Eric took the time to return every phone call and/or email and was very helpful in helping my sister understand the process and helped to relieve the stress she was feeling. I would highly recommend care patrol to any family who is searching for the proper place for their loved one!

Eric and Amy took the time to understand our needs and timeline and provided a short list of places to visit that met those requirements. They set up initial visits and follow up visits; answered questions via text and phone. They responded quickly with a lot of details that we needed to make the best decision. I literally could not have done it without their help. I would recommend CarePatrol of Northeast Ohio, and specifically Eric and Amy, to anyone in a similar situation - they are truly experts in their field.

Carepatrol was helping us look for a new living accommodations. One was reluctant and the other wanted to move. Later my father was diagnosed with cancer. We need some place fast. They recommended Danbury and started the smooth transition. My father passed early Friday. He had the care needed to make his final days peaceful. Thank you CarePatrol

Ryan Buck was very knowledgeable. It was a Weds and we had to discharge mom to memory care - although my sisters identified one place, I wanted to consider other options. Ryan spoke with 5 of 6 siblings on Thursday. That very day, gave us 2 options, lined us up with the nurse doing an assessment that day to see if my mom could go there, and lined up tours with us for Friday. Long story short we liked the place and were able to discharge mom there on Monday. This was a very quick need and Ryan delivered. We really like the option he gave us and I consider it 10 times better than the other option we were considering. Ryan was very responsive and helped us solve a quick need.

Care Patrol helped me identify the right place for my father-in-law. It’s hard to know which facilities are well regarded, safe and clean, but Care patrol made that easy for me and found a facility that is closer to my home so it’s easier to visit more often.

Kayla was great. She explained the options for where to send my mom who had a urinary tract infection that caused/accelerated her dementia. Kayla provided the names of various senior living facilities near us and went with us to tour the facilities.

Our CarePatrol coordinator stayed in contact with us throughout the process, which took several weeks. She provided thorough answers to the many questions we had and guided us along until we found an assisted living facility for a sibling. We couldn't have done it without her.
