Ryan Buck was very knowledgeable. It was a Weds and we had to discharge mom to memory care - although my sisters identified one place, I wanted to consider other options. Ryan spoke with 5 of 6 siblings on Thursday. That very day, gave us 2 options, lined us up with the nurse doing an assessment that day to see if my mom could go there, and lined up tours with us for Friday. Long story short we liked the place and were able to discharge mom there on Monday. This was a very quick need and Ryan delivered. We really like the option he gave us and I consider it 10 times better than the other option we were considering. Ryan was very responsive and helped us solve a quick need.

Care Patrol helped me identify the right place for my father-in-law. It’s hard to know which facilities are well regarded, safe and clean, but Care patrol made that easy for me and found a facility that is closer to my home so it’s easier to visit more often.

Kayla was great. She explained the options for where to send my mom who had a urinary tract infection that caused/accelerated her dementia. Kayla provided the names of various senior living facilities near us and went with us to tour the facilities.

We reached out to CarePatrol regarding assistance for finding a place for my Mom. They came highly recommended from a Pastor at my church, and after working with them, I can see why. They were very helpful and understanding. Amy worked closely with us and listened to what we wanted and needed for my Mom. She explained the process and helped us understand how it all worked. Amy was a huge asset as we navigated the entire process, including getting my Mom put on a waiting list. I'm happy to say my Mom is now settled in an assisted living home where she's doing well, and that's thanks to Amy and CarePatrol. Very responsive team at Care Patrol. From intake to answering additional questions and helping us get tours set up, it was really easy to walk through this process and get my mother placed quickly in an assisted care facility. I would absolutely suggest Care Patrol for anyone needing assistance with the process of finding the right community for their loved one.
