Michelle and Erik were so kind and communicative! They helped find us so many good living options, taking into account the specific needs my dad was looking for, and we landed on a great fit for him. They checked in with us regularly, and helped consider what we should look for at each location. I would absolutely recommend CarePatrol of Northeast Portland to anyone navigating the transition to independent living, assisted living, or memory care.

They care about their client's well being and took the drivers seat in finding a good home. It relieved the family of stress during a hard time and saved us hours and days of time! We can't say enough about how helpful they were and always good communication with the family!

Our family needed some help finding a new living arrangement for our Mom. We asked CarePatrol for some assistance. We were not an easy one to update and find a better solution. Kerry went to work, found us 3-4 options and we picked one that met all of our needs and put our Mother at ease for her next chapter. Communication was great and results were amazing. I highly recommend CarePatrol if you find yourself needing some assistance with your loved ones.

Michelle & Eric are AMAZING! They truly care about finding the best option for your loved one(s). Not only did they vet several options, but were genuinely concerned about my mother's well-being and finding the right fit.
