I appreciated that the Care Patrol representative was kind and knowledgeable about the resources in the area. She was responsive when I contacted her. She always got back to me that day and usually within the hour. I feel like she was looking out for the best interest of our loved one. She was truly invaluable to our family whom was trying to navigate the challenges from out of state. I would highly recommend this company.

My dad needed around the clock care not having the budget. that it took to get this care care Patrol took over when I first called I hung up and they called me back I told them my story I was walked through the the process of keeping my dad put so they could find a place for him it was nice clean and wonderful, caring staff that had my dad's best interest at heart.thank you CarePartol I pray God bless you in all the work you do thanks again.

The speed and care with which you acted in getting our family into a safe environment. We also appreciated how well connected you were with others in your trade. It takes a village of craftsmen to facilitate a move like this one. Everyone involved in the move to safety was knowledgeable, sensitive and caring. They respected the feelings of Donna and Max and gave them both grace and privacy (when necessary) as they each transitioned thru the process at their own pace. Moving from your home of many years, when that was initially not your choice, is difficult at best. You and those with whom your chose to facilitate our loved ones' next phase have allowed our family to "own" this process and feel cared for and loved as they entered their new reality. Thank you!

Then I heard of CarePatrol of Northern AZ. I left an email just to see if they could give me some information. Nikki and Michelle listened to my needs regarding my sister. With Compassion and understanding, they were willing to help me. I gave them all my information about my sister and her budget. Michelle & Nikki start helping me immediately. They kept me informed with everything they were doing. These ladies even worked late into the night. Who does that? RIGHT!! They found the perfect place to assist my sister. My sister is so happy with facility where she is staying. I am so grateful to Nikki and Michelle. To me, they are like family. I was in immediate need for help in a last minute circumstance and Michelle since day one has been incredibly helpful!! She saved me and my grandfather and she worked everything out to get the care my grandfather needed. I could not be more thankful and appreciative for the support and help that was provided through Michelle and CarePatrol! I 100% will recommend this service to those in need like me!

CarePatrol was a lifesaver. They took control and helped my Mom find a new assisted living community (very fast). However, her help did not stop there. We also received help in finding movers and a transportation company. We could not have done this alone (especially in the short time we had). Thank you!
