Melanie from CarePatrol was amazing! She spent several hours with us touring multiple facilities to help us find the right fit for my Mother-in-law. Leading up to the visits, she provided us with clear snapshots of what to expect from each location and then followed up with us to schedule the visits based on which ones fit our criteria. She helped talk through the needs we had and was very patient as we labored over this decision. Decisions like these are never easy, but Melanie made it as smooth as possible. She clearly has a good relationship with each of the managers of the facilities and cares about helping each family through this transition. I would highly recommend CarePatrol and Melanie to anyone needing this type of service.
