I can’t in words express fully how much CarePatrol has meant to me and to my family. With their expertise, their compassion, their empathy, especially at a time when your world has been turned upside down, placement for my husband/dad/grandpa was found. A wonderful group home with caring owners and staff, very nice private room and bath, clean and well kept property inside and out, safe and secure, daily activities, home cooked meals, etc! It’s a difficult time for anyone facing major decisions such as this and I’m so thankful CarePatrol was there to guide us on this journey!

Christa and Colleen at CarePatrol of NW Phoenix are an amazing team that helped me at a time when the world of IL/AL were all new to me and I had no idea where to start. Their compassion, respectfulness, incredible communication and wealth of resources, experiences and knowledge were so beneficial to both my mom and me. From the get-go we were in good hands. Their thorough initial intake/interview process allowed them to narrow in on communities that were a good fit. This meant that we didn't waste time with back and forth and that the places we chose to tour were truly viable options. With one day of touring we had found the place. So I can say without hesitation, working with Christa and Colleen was not only a joyful experience, but also a fruitful one that resulted in a good fit and a clear path forward for my mom. Thank you Christa and Colleen! You are so appreciated and I feel so fortunate to have worked with you both!

Bill was great, patient with my situation. All my questions were answered. When the time came for me to find a facility for my Mom, he took me to a few facilitys and they were beautiful. My Mom is very happy with the facility that I chose for her. If I was asked, I would absolutely tell them to call CarePatrol.

Bill made sure I found a place that I knew my husband would be cared for and I felt comfortable with. I go there everyday and I know that he is getting the best care possible. He was placed within a few miles of my home so I don't have far to go and see him.
